The state does want to limit birth rates, especially with whites. It is very clear that every state wants to make sure the working class does not produce as nearly enough as they do. They push this with their climit change agenda and because they can import cheap and low IQ labour. Many people think the vaccines are for this reason too. Lots of world leaders have talked openly about wanting to reduce the world population like Prince Philip.

The Alex Jones theory is that the elites (when they have a one world government) want to have a world were they have just enough serfs to make their food and serve them but heavily reduced to the point where they are can't rise up. I don't know if it goes that far

But, I do believe that MGTOW was organised on purpose by the same people who organised feminism and men happily gobbled it up. Allowing people, especially men, to grow up and be fathers is very dangerous to what they want. White men especially have a strong history of fighting back and taking heads. If these men were conditioned to be forever children without the responsibilities of taking their place in the long line of their ancestors, they won't do a thing when shit hits the fan. Men have to fight for something and without that something (be it tradition, a family, a wife, moral justice, or whatever) they just will not fight.
