I an genuinely curious about leftist takes on Covid because in theory I dont see why there cant be bipartisan opposition.

Are leftists really okay with the establishment of a medical apartheid? Especially if that medical apartheid happens to be disproportionally non-white? (It is, whites are too compliant).

Are leftists really okay with the countless dollars funneled into big pharma that have failed to deliver substantive neutralizing immunity? Whatever your feelings on socialized healthcare, I want a fuck of a lot more for our money than the garbage Pfizer, Moderna and what have you have offered so far. Id take increased healthcare capacity or even just better fucking pay for our healthcare workers over that any day.

I can't think of a single "name" example from any of those groups that hasn't gone full exterminate-the-unvaxxed. (Obviously a bunch of normal people haven't gone crazy, but normal people don't decide what happens.)

A couple* of the "dirtbag" or "post-" left, and a couple lefty journalists on Substack, have remained rationally skeptical or stuck to non-authoritarian principle, and that's it.

- people with little to no symptoms are rushing to the ER and causing chaos because muh omicron
- hotels and restaurants are reporting a lot of cancellations for new year's eve but hope for last minute reservations
- some experts are saying it can't be stopped and it's more similar to the common cold
- the isolation period is being revised to 5 days
- however mandatory testing is still required to attend those events
- Leana Wen said the regular cloth masks don't work

Uh-oh, I have a light fever (100. body aches and that's it. It started yesterday. In a place where I am it' nearly impossible to get tested, so I will never know. I took a sick day at work. After one Tylenol Extra Strength I felt totally fine. I wonder if I should start IVM protocol, but it might be just a regular cold or flu, so IVM wouldn't help in this case.

So far I am loving my rona/cold or whatever it is. I ordered Chinese food, and I am going to watch new Matrix and maybe another movie. Maybe it's just my body telling me to enjoy life for once instead of work work work.

Ok I have noticed something curious today. I live in the Golden state.
Every day they list case numbers. And a graph highlighting the differences between vaccinated and unvaccinated cases
Last time I saw it it said un vax were 7.1 more times likely to get covid than vaccinated people
Today is says 5.2 times more likely.
Also. We have a website that shows that r- effective number (which i still don’t completely understand )
Currently in my county the R number is 1.24
In the counties with low vaccination rates, the r numbers are like 0.54
My husband says this is just due to lower population but it’s very weird
What does this r number really mean?
Los Angeles county is showing at like 1.59 or something

For some more anecdotes, I had someone who works in a nursing home in Indiana tell us that old people were catching it in mass where she worked even though they were x3 vaxxed.

The confusion you are experiencing regarding the rug pulling is down to the fact that from country to country and state/kommun/county/district the science, response and available data is all different and even within the scientific groups and governments there are wildly differing opinions. It is an absolute mess of info and throw in millions of people commenting on it all, on social media, you have clownworld.

It is a sign that covid has been blown out of proportion and has been mostly used for political gain that it is all so messy and confusing. If it was end of days there would be way less deviation from one train of thought and the actions required to survive. This mess and confusion is a basic technique used to get control over people, divert attention from things and slip stuff in under the radar. It might not be by design but those in the know will make sure it stays this way for as long as is required.

Do their purge of the military then halt PCR testing under the current pretext (finally telling people it's worthless) and pretend like Biden cured the illness once cases disappear overnight.
