Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

That feels very optimistic given the tier of scum we are dealing with when it comes to the "Elites" her living her life in relative luxury depends on the people she made a deal with not betraying her.

Killing her makes a sort of inverse martyr, keeps it in the public memory or brings it back. No, easier and cleaner to keep her alive, 'happy', and ensure she knows they can and will do to her what they did to her boss if she ever gets uppity.

Reminder that the Miami Herald broke this with their Deal of a Lifetime edition. Don’t recall what day of the week it was, but I remember reading it. Funny that I can’t find any versions of that original article now. I should have saved them - I remember thinking it was fucked up when I read it but didn’t realize the actual article that named all the Palm Beach and West Palm people would get memory holed. Dumb of me.

That'd just bring her back into view when someone notices. It's unnecessary. Her death doesn't achieve anything the gilded cage doesn't already do, and the cage removes any real risk.

Definitely, they'll ship her off to some island with a villa on it and everything odds are.
 
Keep in mind, with the cage they have total control of her ingoing or outgoing communications, they will watch her at all times. She'll live in a gilded cage from which there is neither escape nor respite. It will be a pretty cage, one with many amenities, but a cage. No fuel for people wanting to look deeper, everything sealed, and they can just let it fade into total obscurity with no more news at all as she lives out her last days in the cage.

Total. Silence.

It is what they would have preferred to do with Epstein, but either someone freaked out or he tried to cut a deal and had to be removed. It's what they have done countless times before to people who proved to be too costly to keep around.

Exactly. The only reason to suicide her is if she was really going to talk. The fact that she didn't talk before trial or all the way through means she never intends to. Her "reward" for keeping her mouth shut is a guarantee that although she'll have to spend the rest of her life in Fed prison, it'll be the nicest Fed prison there is, and the really nice ones aren't that bad. Single rooms, no fences, the only thing preventing prisoners from walking off is the fear of being sent to "real" Fed prison as punishment for escape.
