The name dropping and hyping of some craft beer real estate venture that never happened is definitely on brand for Goldman. Much better photo and that looks like him before mega steroid intake.

What I don’t understand is why there would be an active listing on for a guy who’s not been an active agent for many years. (Goldman is not listed as a licensed agent in DC, unless I’m doing something wrong looking up current licenses.)

I can totally believe he was a real estate agent. The way he tries to market and sell himself is straight out of the real estate agent playbook. I know when I’ve bought houses the agent I used showed lots of properties that they weren’t the “listing agent” on and the properties were listed on multiple platforms. John is listed as a “broker” on that one property. I don’t know how it all shakes out but god knows a dozen people get a cut when you close on a property.

It’s a very incestuous world but making sure someone still has a active broker license to sell would be the one thing I think they’d be a stickler about. Maybe I’m wrong. Sotheby’s apparently licensed their name to some company to use for real estate franchises and then local real estate firms buy “franchises”.

The link to John’s listing looks like it was done poorly by himself and looks like it was made in 2005. It’s very weird. He’s not listed as a broker/agent for any Sothebys franchise I can find. But could he have been the listed broker on a property that listed by a Sotheby’s franchise. It’s a very different thing than “working for Sotheby’s” which is what I got confused. Apparently all the franchise get is use of the name and some marketing tools.

He’s tried to create separate personas to keep his shell game going. Did he write that “women want raped” under Murphy or Goldman? It got him fired from charter school grift so it was connected to his real ID. Or was it really him grifting two paychecks from the org what got him canned?

Did he ever do his cam whoring or podcast interview under “Jack Murphy” or was John’s cuck lifestyle a third persona he tried to keep separate from the other two?
