The dream of Michelle Obama running is part and parcel with modern day restorationism politics, as term limits means that the only way for parties to circumnavigate getting themselves back into power 99.9% in the same configuration as before is to run a wife or child of a previous President who maxed out their term limits.
Hence the appeal of the idea of a Michelle Obama Presidency is akin to the appeal in the 00s of a Hillary Clinton Presidency: that it would effectively be a defacto third and fourth term for their husbands.
As for the logistics, the chief reason Michelle will NEVER fucking run are simple:
1. Michelle isn't like Hillary, who was mono-maniacally obsessed with political power to the degree that she would do ANYTHING to get it. Michelle's a spoiled rich black person who, by all accounts, was a professional token for hire with people who worked along side her explicitly stating she always did jack fucking shit at her places of employment (where she got her jobs via political contacts who gave the kids of rich black folk jobs that were purely to ensure that said companies could brag about being diverse) except surf the net and read magazines, while everyone else had to do her work on top of their own and that NO ONE could say anything because of her political connections with local race baiting agitprop pushers.
2. Michelle came out of the two term Obama Presidency racist as fuck and hating white people, to the degree that it's been said that she has actively turned down offers from DNC elites to run for Presidency herself, because her hate for white people has become such that no one, not even Michelle herself, trust that she would be able to hide her hatred long enough to get elected as far as having a super hair trigger in private when it comes to hating on white people and Trump/Trump supporters in particular.
