i haven't "talked shit" about my mother. my parents destroyed my life before it got started and left me to fend for myself in the world forty years ago, branded mentally ill because of how i reacted to being forced into a male gender role. my mother's suffering was not from me, but from her own ill health. she tuned me out completely. at least my father and i came to some understanding about my first 25 years and we made our peace in the last years of his life. My mother's health was too poor to even talk to her about these things and my sister was carrying a huge grudge from when the house got sold out from underneath me and she was used as a buffer. She's using her husband the same way. I'm grateful they didn't screw me out of any of the money.

That was found a few years back but rarely mentioned. Some blogs out there also mention him doing this. It's why I would shoot him if he ever came within a mile of my kids. He's a danger to children.
