Okay so I shotgunned SCRA and did every possibility of Jack Goldman, John Murphy Goldman, and John Goldman with his birthday and every year between 1970 to 1980 and got nothing. I'm wondering if he is being confused with Jack Murphy of SOFREP.

Jack Murphy of SOFREP was in the Rangers and 5th Special Forces Group. So I can see why there's a confusion between the two.

Might be it.
