Poor Phil, all these things as any mature adult knows costs hundreds of thousands, how will he afford these alongside his bills and pet food. Chat really is going to have to step it up, here's hoping for any anonymous fans suddenly find the most basic ones on amazon.

In a weird way I think Phil mostly caps himself with his business approach. The way he begs is pretty much his tried and true tactic at this point. And as long as it keeps working and is profitable, he will keep doing it. Its what Phil has done his entire internet career. He never innovates or evolves, just rides whichever gravy train he's on until the wheels fall off. Honestly I think if he invested in himself wisely with what he makes currently he could make twice as much as he does now. And lets be honest, making roughly 100-150k a year like he does for the following he has the amount of time he has been doing this is still pretty low.

I agreed with this until the last sentence. Didn't the leaks show that Phil had one of the highest ratios of contributions per stream viewer? It's insane that he makes well over $100,000 a year from such a small fanbase. I think he could milk the "detractors" more if he was willingly to humiliate himself (intentionally) but the paypigs have to be pushed to the limit at this point.

Correct, which is why I think he could be doing much more while sustaining the paypigs. His audience is niche, but he could still be appealing to more of that niche audience with improved emotes, donation animations, and more visually appealing set up. I understand he wants the illusion of being broke constantly with his crappy surroundings, but that ship has kinda sailed. His pigs don't care about his real financial standing. They just want the cheap serotonin regardless.

That was when he was on Twitch and that wasn't even a leak that was a statistic to show who has the most generous fans. As you stated Phil has a small fan base but those fans are very generous (for whatever reason) The bank leaks on the other hand showed very clearly what he does with said money: throwing it out of the window as if he were a feudla lord during the european renaissance where it was normal to waste money for friviouls bullshit. And this year by his own admissions we have learned just how wasteful he lives (for example him admitting that he throws out produce because it went bad before he could use it which in reality means this fucking idiot buys way too much)

You have to like your audience before you can feel any onus is on you to encourage growth. He hates everybody, so enjoys telling them to serve his needs especially when he thinks they'll actually do it.
