One of the most entertaining aspects of Ralph for me is the fact even people completely unaware of his antics know he ain't right and avoid or mock him.

If previously convincted but no longer required to register, he wouldn't have the unusual expiration date anymore.
Seems like he just censored everything but what was already public knowledge.

Do people with misdemeanor charges get placed on sex offender registries in Virginia? That sounds inaccurate but my knowledge is limited. From what I've seen the only charges that require you to register under Megan's Law are felonies
