Not sure if that would have any real meat other than to outright autists. While the 'alt-right' or 'neo-Nazi' YouTubers are quite open and shameless about inviting each other onto their shows and streams to plug their latest books or even pamphlets - not only a hugbox, but a moneyspinner! - the BreadTubers seem altogether less business-minded, perhaps unsurprisingly. They tend towards the mutual masturbation and backslapping of giving each other voice cameos, but that's about it. Dumb, yes, but hardly juicy or comment-worthy stuff.

I just think it would be useful for a few reasons. The whole "far right network" thing was nuts and trying to say all these people, who often hate each other like Sargon and Spencer, are all a part of the same "nazi radicalization" plan. Doing it for the left would show all these people getting big money and links to certain groups how they work with others. They do hang out with each other and all tow the same line. Why not expose how all these "anti-system" lefty retards are all in on it?

Also, the reason why they don't shill books or whatever is because they can't write lol They just push for donations. They just get their check from Twitch paypigs and the royal family, no need to make something and try to sell it. At least guys like Mark Collette wrote a book and put it out for free.

I disagree, but that's probably my autism coming through. IMO it's interesting to study systems, processes and patterns. This isn't to link them to Soros or big globohomo or whatever but just how interconnected networks behave over time. Lindsay's following list on Twitter is a whole lot of blue checks in new media in addition to CA. As an example, connecting Lindsay to lawyer Katharine Trendacosta and EFF and EFF to the Prostasia foundation due to a shared sex offender former board member is easy. Is it useful? Maybe not. But it shows how absurdly incestuous new media and big tech really are.

Amazing how so many of these mega woke leftists, that will go after anyone for harmless comments, have such trashy pasts. I've enjoyed some of her videos over the years, but I could never quite enjoy them because they seemed so reactionary. She made bank on calling The Little Mermaid un-feminist, then came back a few years later to make a splashy video about how she was too hard on Twilight. Neither take is bolstered by accurate, close reading OR a consistent worldview that Lindsay is trying to make us aware of. It's just slightly behind the curve of Twitter commentary, but far enough ahead of most users that she gets credit for turning the page on Feminist Discourse. But it's always a take someone else has already had, so she knows it's "safe."

But none of it's saying anything, it's just signaling to viewers that they are allowed to like/dislike the thing they weren't allowed to before. It's SO boring. The best "video essays" are usually done by people with clear enthusiasm for a topic who can talk about well-done ASPECTS of things without declaring them Bad As A Whole.
