Oh, I completely agree. However, if I didn't want my name attached to something, I most certainly wouldn't put my company in a middle of nowhere place like Wyoming. I would at least make the effort to put it in Delaware where the tax laws are a hell of a lot more favorable to the tax-paying business.

He only claims that Jewish identity when it’s convenient and he wants to play the victim. Funny his mom is the Irish one so by Jewish law he’s probably not actually a jew unless dear Irish-Catholic mom did a serious conversion.

Incorrect re: DE vs. WY. Matter of fact, it's one of the few smart things I'm seeing these assholes do. Wyoming is the superior state to incorporate your business. It's off topic so just do some Googling, but Wyoming is the shit for a business owner and for anybody looking to move a lot of money around quietly. They've won best business climate in the US for like...6 years running or something now?

@Retink To follow up on the previous page, I did find some information on Bob Lambert. I completely agree that Jack is hiding behind Mr. Lambert's services to hide his company. But as I have said in a previous post, I wouldn't put it in the middle of fucking nowhere Wyoming. To @LoathsomeBishop's point, at least with a Delaware corporation, at least it can get lost in the shuffle of another big-money company. That said, however, I think that Mr. Lambert has some explaining to do.

I plugged in his address in Corporation Wiki and used a bit more specific search terms on google, and I found that this asshole incorporated over 300 companies with the earlest that I have found going back to 2007, and one of them, Winsor Ocean Inc., was involved in a lawsuit two years ago. A small sampling of that lawsuit is attached to this post. Mr. Lambert is mentioned 8 times throughout that document.
