I don't remember the exact context--maybe something with neopronouns--but I distinctly recall Vaush saying that certain trans people are mentally ill in that clip (though it was probably ripped and taken out of context by some other leftist since all leftists know is to backstab each other).
It's pretty in-context. He was shitting on all the annoying troons just as anyone else would, but solely because they disagreed with him (and therefore are mentally ill with VDS by Vaush logic). But he also explicitly points out there's a disproportionate amount (100%) of mental illness in the LGBTQ community, too. The clip only had to be edited because it was hours of content jumping around different topics.
