Nick doesn't need to react to their takes. He can just give his takes on John Goldman without giving a crap about Barnes's and Viva's takes. Murphy could take a lesson in proper comportment.
Pretty much. This is the NORMAL thing to do: especially if you LIKE the other person.

But if he decides to chimp out like the other exceptional specimens on the Farms, we will be here to milk to LOL's.

Lawyers on Nicks coat riding squad have disagreed many times over various topics and made solid content. People who are disappointed in Barnes or Viva over the cuck take just had a blind spot for them. Barnes himself is a blowhard asshole who I stoped liking over his constant bitching over the Rittenhouse trial. I’ll never stop laughing at his juror mind reading via penmanship analysis.

Yeah his take of basically IF I WAS STILL IN THERE HE'D BE ACQUIITTED MORE SOMEHOW was where I figured out what he was.

How ass-mad he was clearly about being shut out during the trial said volumes about why he wasn't on it.

I missed it. I'll have to review. One of the things I like about Frei is he seems genuine, but if he is is genuinely defending a con man I need to reevaluate.
I gave up on Frei when he was trying to get RFK Jr. on to talk about vaccines. I'm against the cvax mandate, the vax has been an epic failure, but having an antivax loon like RFK Jr. on is lunacy.

Yes, she did. Called all Gawr Gura fans pedos & ended up losing like 10,000 subs. In the same time, Gawr gained over 2 million. Venti also calls all anime fans pedos. She's a lolcow.
Venti's "hurr durr I'm not like all the other girls waving their tits around for attention" act always kind of came across to me like she's really sour that there's so much money to be made and her standards won't let her in on it. She's holding out for her one true simp.

Are we forgetting how long the jury deliberated before they finally returned with that verdict? If that comes back any other way - hung, or worse, guilty on any of the charges - we'd be talking about how fucking stupid Richards was for letting his ego, and his politics, get in the way of literally free legal help because the people offering to help were too right-leaning (he said as much in his interview after the verdict).

And we'd be right. Richards was fucking stupid. He rolled the dice and got lucky. Credit to him where due, but I'm not wearing rose-tinted glasses just because he got Kyle off. I can't recall any criticism of Richards during the trial that I feel in hindsight to have been unjustified.

I almost put in the requisite 'I thought Kyle's defense was too passive as well' but decided I didn't want to be typing all day.

Even though I think that, from what I've seen of Barnes, and if I were Kyle? I wouldn't want him anywhere near the courtroom. The team needed a bit more fire but I think he'd bring a flamethrower.

Totally agree about Venti though.

Yea and shit on Richards non stop for not objecting more. Richards got his client off. Earl Gray and the other guy didn't. The juror that was interviewed saw Earl Grey's objections as shenanigans designed to muddy the water. He also didn't understand why they put Kyle on the stand. The latter showed how he didn't understand how jurors look at things in that state and with their test jurys that it was virtually impossible to get Kyle acquitted unless he took the stand. Maybe the same was seen in regards to objections with the test jury.

The problem with not objecting is that you are throwing away potential appeal points and harming your client's appellate case if the jury finds them guilty. Not objecting could also be considered malpractice in the more extreme circumstances.

And in the Potter case, that jury was stacked with brainlets and the judge allowed prosecutors lie about the standard for recklessness in closing.

The law is late and gay. Disputes should be settled by trials by combat.

The supreme court and government in general would be way better if people were hitting each other with chairs and shit.
