There's nothing in and of itself wrong with a fraternity. The problem is hitching your star to a guy who is a complete and total cuck in every single sense of the word. A person in a fraternity should draw their strength from the other people as a collective, not from one guy who they hero worship as an ideal, because the hero always falls short of the ideal anyway.

If these guys start something new, it should be completely decentralized, no leader, clear mission statement, and any "leadership roles" should be in the background and strictly on a maintenance and organizational function. At that point, you can collect dues to go to the upkeep of the site, etc.
