Phil commits bank fraud by buying stolen credit card numbers off the dark web.

He spends all morning making different sock accounts. Then he ingeniously uses the stolen cards to tip himself small amounts of money because the bank doesn't care if you use stolen credit cards if it's under $100 apparently.

Then he pays an extra fee to PayPal to get the stolen money directly transferred into his checking account. He uses that money on gatcha, doordash and booze. He wisely doesn't save any of it.

HOW COULD WE NOT SEE THIS, IT'S SO OBVIOUS!
