I wouldn't worry too much. Unless she kicks it, she'll be back; no one who gets into an ED as deeply as she did ever recovers.

For the kind of reputation this forum has, overall I get the sense that most of the users posting in these loser menagerie threads genuinely want the lolcows to get off the internet and into recovery. The threads are filled with helpful advice like "get off social media" and "get therapy". Yeah, there's weird simps and tophats in every thread, some more than others, who get off on the public self-destruction of people they don't like. I hope Anna's social media silence indicates that she is receiving treatment and that she can offer an olive branch to her family for everything she's put them through.

That's the optimistic take. The more realistic one is that she will crawl back to the social media dopamine drip, relapsed into manic pixie Daddy God fangirl mode. She is a legal adult who can refuse treatment barring some kind of extreme circumstance where the state steps in. That almost never happens in the case of eating disorders since it is a slow-burn suicide and not physical violence against other people or property. She'll be back.

This has come up before, but the title of "Dr." is an academic title, not a medical one. She can't call herself a MD because she isn't one, but she's shelled out enough of her parents' money to get a piece of paper with "Doctor" scrawled on it and her name in script.

That being said, people calling themselves "Doctors" have to be really careful about giving medical advice, because that's where they can run into trouble.

What I should have been more clear about is that she may not be doing the "on paper" definition of practicing without a license, but she:
  • Styles herself as a Dr. without having a relevant degree from an accredited university or a license from the state
  • Offers "health consultations" that seem very much like appointments
  • Frames her online presentation as one of having an authoritative, trusted opinion about health and medicine
  • Had a real registered corporation with the state to conduct business (this has since lapsed due to non-payment of fees)
  • Has a financial interest in presenting herself as a healthcare provider via the sale of her products and health advice
These are manipulative behaviors performed specifically to trick people into thinking that Anna is a Real Actual Doctor who can help them with their problems. To me, all of these behaviors add up to her attempting to practice without a license.

Remember that Kiwi Farms is an autistic gas chamber where we have been documenting and laughing at Anna since 2015 when this thread was made. We know she's not a real doctor. People who meet her at the health food store or normies online aren't going to know she's trying to scam them. Her confidence and ability to obfuscate with psudeoscience jargon combined with the introduction as "Dr. Anna" will fool a lot of people who don't know any better into thinking that she's a doctor. She's imitating all the snake oil salesmen who have conned her in the past with all the same tricks.

Unfortunately woo-leaning people are incredibly vulnerable to people like Anna. Yes, there's medical ignorance involved but being a woo person doesn't mean you deserve Anna. All she knows how to do is OD by circumventing slow release pills, making shitting potions and creating inedible food to make your anorexia easier.

She could certainly do well marketing herself to hungry (no pun intended) young ana-chans looking for a role model. I mean, she could, if she weren't currently at a healthy weight. I hope she maintains it, her body really deserves a break and so does her mother.
