I just realized something, I think the reason Kim Petras's is losing the abillity to move his hips is because he stopped dilating years ago (remember the Exulansic videos that show him getting worse over the years). Either he quit because it's too uncomfortable or he has no time because he is way too busy making music or both. That let to the amhole healing shut but the scar tissue is spreading uncontrollably. Exulansic suggested that the scar tissue is causing his problems but I didn't understand why. Perhaps this is it.

It's grotesque how women who's bodies have been destroyed because of their porn work, in a bid to stay in the business, now show off their prolapses. Anal prolapse, for those who are blissfully ignorant on such things, are called "rosebud" in porn terms, and one of the porn stars who does this states that it "smells like blood and tastes like raw flesh". Kim, just like Jazz, probably also had an experimental surgery done on him, because if he was put on puberty blockers, then cross sex hormones during his puberty, it's more than likely he also had a micropeen. Who knows what the SRS doctor did to him, and what they used to create the neovagina.

And also like Jazz, Kim doesn't seem to have any sex drive, as evidenced by the fact except for one relationship when he was younger (and I believe it only lasted a year), he seems to never had another relationship since then.

Dilation will only help with neovagina depth, it won’t prevent scar tissue or keep the hip area flexible. There’s probably a lot going on with Kim Petras’ hips that I don’t know enough about to go into, but there is a vicious cycle people can get into after an injury where you unconsciously stop moving the area as much as you did previously because your nervous system has come to associate movement with pain, so the area stiffens up more, so moving it hurts more, so you move less… 10 or 20 years later you’re hobbling around like an old person and it happened so slowly you didn’t notice. Something like that could have happened to Kim’s hips. (Which doesn’t necessarily mean it’s fully fixable, but I doubt Kim is receiving even the care that might help a bit)

By the way, any young people reading (especially lurking trans people): physiotherapy with a focus on “trans healthcare” seems like a good career path with guaranteed growth, since problems like these are going to go through the roof over the next ten years or so. Trans surgery is the current boom; trans chronic pain and disability treatment (although I’m sure they’ll give it a more affirming name) is going to be the next one.

On the downside, you’ll be dealing with amholes. Clothed amholes, but that probably doesn’t hide the smell.

I think I remember reading a study (perhaps on this thread or another tranny thread), that literally all neovaginas, no matter how diligent the person was in dilating, suffered from scar tissue and losing depth. I think even in the best cases, there was something like a 2" loss of depth.

So, not only have is it been noted that neovaginas all permeate a foul smell, but even those who kept up with dilation, eventually, not even that would stop from the body trying to naturally heal itself and close up the wound.

Amhole installation is a major pelvic surgery that requires bed rest during recovery. Troons burn bridges and have no one to take care of them after surgery. It’s easy to pop a suture in that area, it can happen by just getting out of bed. This is also why FtM mastectomies end up with terrible scaring, you’re not supposed to lift your arms for weeks after surgery, so you are unable to put on a shirt by yourself. A good surgeon would not do major cosmetic surgery on someone who does not have support at home, it’s another area where these butchers fail their patients.

TL;DR - Troons go in to surgery on their own with no one to help them with postoperative care, and end up with complications.
