i don't have a strong grasp of the sciences of immunology or virology, so i don't know. i know some diseases can move between different species (rabies), some can lie dormant (tb and hepatitis), and some simply mutate to survive (flu).

i don't believe that it's exclusively the fault of the anti-vaxxers. diseases gonna disease, it's what they do.
