Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

What debate? Didn't pence cuck out before a debate could be held?

Yes, he did. The best defense that give be provided for Teds stance is that it would be bad optics to not condemn 1/6 and that I can have some sympathy with. Even folks like Farage who are definitely not uniparty stooges condemned 1/6 (admittedly in the immediate aftermath).

I don't like his stance on this, but it is the safe stance to take, for now.

expect the movie award to also be canceled also
"if we postpone all our circlejerk award shows, surely no one will notice that ratings are down by 5+% for the fifth year in a row"
Yeah, I'd seize on the opportunity too, grabbing some positive press from covid-obsessed journos is just the icing on the cupcake. People give less of a shit about the Grammys/Oscars than they ever have.

>less lethal version of COVID appears; about as bad as the common cold
>OY VEY, SHUT EVERYTHING DOWN GOYIM

I mean, granted, nobody gives a shit about these Hollywood circlejerks anyway, but still, what the fuck? Is this TPTB's last gasp before finally having to give the whole clusterfuck up?
Actually that's a good thing. We don't have to watch leftie snobs talk about how great they and making fun of right wingers.
Also wimps!!!!! I had the omnicron variant and it felt like when I have a cold.

It's not even Californians moving to Idaho and bringing stupid ideas on property values. It's dumbfuck Californians buying houses sight unseen and "flipping" them and re-listing them at a 100-300% markup.

Have some kinfolk in southern Idaho who saw a house go for $60k on his street. 450 square foot house, basically a shack. No yard, just a mud field. Bathroom had a cutout in the door cause it couldn't open/close past the toilet. Complete joke of a building, only thing worth anything was the land -- buy it and plop a manufactured home on the lot is the sane thing to do. Was owned by some 80 year old man who retired and passed on in it, same as everyone else in that neighborhood.

Californian assholes bought it sight unseen for $60k and re-listed it a month later for $185k. They're currently renting it out to a migrant family who somehow has 8 people living in it.

This is happening ALL OVER Idaho, and it's ALWAYS Californian assholes. If you talk to them they think they're getting one over on the poor idiot red staters who don't know what property is really worth. But they saw House Flippers and oh, they know.

Zillow has stopped showing price history (wonder why!) but they still have their fun little charts.

Worth $50k in 2014. Now "worth" $170k 8 years later. It's a 700 square foot "cottage" according to the listing.

Every listing, from the cheapo "cottages" to the housing developments out of town that are all identical McHouse buildings in little neighborhoods by an investment group is doing the same thing, price wise. Everything's magically tripled in value over the past 2-3 years.

I don't know what happens when this bubble collapses, but I think you're gonna see some Californian assholes wish they had never left the safety of their blue states.
I don't understand the housing market. Why upsell property, then have it affect the rest of the neighborhood?

Tin foil hat theory: they're cancelling shit and talking up the Omicron "surge" in order to make it seem like a massive emergency so they can have nationwide fraud mail-in voting this November.

I kind of understand a little (I know I'm going to get hate on here as well).

1/6th is still very recent. Wait a couple more years and maybe you can get more people to come out and call it bullshit. As time goes on people are going to realize that it wasn't as bad as 9/11 or Peral Harbor.

So I get that. Best for now to take the safe stance than later you can call it out.

Surely, you won't doubt the severity of the Sigma-tHyr3f4lling4it-SARS-COV-19-infrastructure variant; do you want people to die?

Because comps. Two houses sell for $100/sq ft, the next one will probably sell for $102 or $103. It’ll appraise there (assuming roughly equal quality/flooring/etc). Then some people get in a bidding war because only one house is for sale in that neighborhood and the next goes for $120. Now your last three comps are $120,$103, and $100, so the average is $109 something. Rinse and repeat.

At the end of the day though none of this matters and houses go for what someone is willing to pay for and what someone is willing to sell for. People tend to use recent sales as a guide, but you don’t have to and can do well for yourself if you understand what is easy and what is hard or expensive to upgrade or repair.

Has the house itself changed to make it WORTH anything other than "because I THINK it's worth that much?"

Nope. The property value might have though. The more people want to live in a specific place because of scarcity of houses, schools, access to shopping or a golf course, whatever, the more that specific place is worth. You buy a house and it’s valued as the lot plus improvements (house).

It’s why at a certain point people buy houses just to flatten them.

Explain to me with an actress analogy, please. My brain can't comphrend price gouging. Interesting how these SAME people for higher taxes and programs end up inflating the economy with their bullshit policies and entitlement.

You say it's tinfoily, but to be honest, that actually makes perfect sense. I wouldn't put it past them, at any rate. Which is why GOP operatives need to be out there more than ever this election season. If anyone says "SORRY YOU HAVE TO LEAVE, ANOTHER PIPE BROKE!"? Refuse. Don't budge an inch. Call them out on their bullshit. Do what Virginia did.

That's yet another "conspiracy theory" proven true by TPTB! What's next, literal Jim Vax Crow laws? Concentration camps for the unvaccinated? C'mon acceleration train, choo-choo this sum-bitch!

How many more unique photos, video clips and movie stills of actresses with IMDB profiles from 2000-2010 can you find than unique photos, video clips or movie stills of actresses that had IMDB profiles (or movie credits? idk about IMDB) from 1950-1960?

Also assuming you can find them all for each, I will pay you $1000 for each complete collection. Which one has more value per individual photo, clip or still?

I did it fucker, bet you thought I wasn’t autistic enough.

Assuming those photos, clips, still and rare as it, buying all of them for a high price would allow YOU to upcharge the NEXT person that may want them. Supply and demand.

I did it, I broke him. Watch out for Bill pictures to start getting posted.

E: ^^^ that was edited and anyway now you’re moving the goalposts like this is the coof. But to answer your question. Whoever has less pictures, etc available is worth more because scarcity.

No, I'm trying to understand it.

There’s lots of actresses and one of you. But, none of them want to bang you. That’s because they have a lot of people they’d rather bang so you have a low value to them. Housing is like the opposite of that.
Haha. Very funny.

So I buy a house, I SELL it more than what it's worth, that affects the rest of the market because there's an outlier and it has to adjust?
