Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? What I've learned today is that apparently a few dozen politicians shitting their pants and crying about a bunch of unruly boomers breaking in their sacrosanct building is just as bad if not worse than various historical tragedies where thousands of Americans lost their lives.

The only reason anyone gives a shit about 1/6 is because it's a weapon, which has been used to great effect by the left because they knew how to use it: by constantly and unceasingly repeating a message over and over again, constantly, for a year straight to wear people down into just going along with them on it. The severity of 1/6, or whether or not it was the next 9/11 is ultimately whatever they want it to be. As Hitler once wrote:

If I recall correctly they actually did know some of the hijackers were in the country months before the attacks were even finally concieved, and did nothing to detain them even when they were training to become pilots and doing other suspicious activities.

I think many liked how different it initially was both being a “historical” play and one that heavily featured rap. Diversity sort of just got added in as reasons. Nowadays it is a popular thing so many buy the hype. It also helps that it was a heavily exclusive play for awhile, basically being available to only rich folks, and being taunted by figures such as the Obamas. It has elitism written all over it.

Personally, a lot of the songs do not click with me. I like You’ll Be Back given that it feels like a traditional piece even if it comes off as the gayest/whitest song of the collection. The Room Where It Happens is fine, but I think I just like the song for the parody dub of “If I can prove that I never touched my balls.”

When Japan invaded China, America put an oil embargo on Japan. This meant that Japan's armed forces would run out of oil relatively quickly because there are basically no oil fields anywhere near Japan. Japan had to figure out some way of dealing with this oil crisis or it would eventually lose the war, because the way Japanese troops acted in China (case in point; the Rape of Nanking) meant that a peaceful solution to its war with China was impossible.

The whole reason Pearl Harbour happened was because Japanese strategy was based around a thing called the "Decisive Battle Doctrine". This was basically the belief that:
1) Japan could take out a lot of the American fleet at Pearl Harbour,
2) The Imperial Navy could defeat the US Navy in one big battle and this would allow Japan to take Hawaii and cut US supply lines in the Pacific
3) Once the US fleet had been destroyed twice and Hawaii had been taken, Roosevelt would realise that resisting Glorious Nippon (tm) was impossible and would sue for peace, giving Japan Hawaii, lifting the embargo and basically giving Japan a free hand in the Pacific.

This was an incredibly naive thing for Japan to believe because it was based around the expectation that Roosevelt would do exactly what the Japanese wanted him to do and allow the IJN to beat the shit out of the USN. Once Roosevelt decided not to do that and started to wage a war of attrition against Japan, Japan had essentially lost the war. To a certain extent, Roosevelt wanted war with Japan because the Japanese Empire was a threat to American interests, but I don't think he wanted a disaster on the level of Pearl Harbour.
