Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

She could have gone in, got the bracelet, got tired of waiting, and dipped? Why would the ER be taking her blood sugar if she was going in for suspected COVID? She always talks about those ER visits like they are the GP appointments that she rarely keeps.

She'll be ordering pizza or McD's before the day is done.

ETA: It looks like she's feeling the effects of edibles as the live goes on. That isn't "just tired."

I think she went to the ER but what actually went down is different than Chantal has implied.

I think she did get a Covid test and they probably did check some of her other vitals to make sure she wasn’t actively dying in front of them. But that’s it.

They didn’t tell her they were glad she came in and they didn’t tell her she’s perfectly healthy. If she has a history of lung clots they did probably X-ray her… but again. All of this in under 10 hours in an overcrowded Canadian ER? She got extremely lucky.

I dunno, none of what she said sounds out of the ordinary for someone with her medical history (aside from the fake sycophantic 'we're glad you came in' and 'here have a special PCR test but keep it quiet' wink wink shit).

The chest x-ray wasn't for clotting, it's because she was breathing like a stuck pig and they needed to clear her for pneumonia. Completely standard also to check blood sugars in a diabetic patient presenting. The timing is questionable, maybe*, but her pre-existing conditions and laboured breathing probably got her triaged pretty quickly.

*I accompanied a family member on an ER trip in December (so pre-Omicron nonsense) and they had a chest xray, ekg, PCR test, standard vitals checks and a couple of hours of obs. We were outta there in about 4 hours. So it's possible.

I'm really surprised they didnt say anything about her liver. Didnt they say her liver was looking shit last time she went to the doctor?
Man, she just has so many health problems there is no way she got a clean bill of health.

I don't know if they would have checked necessarily? Liver enzyme blood tests are different from memory. Did she even have bloods taken?

Besides, ERs aren't there to treat long term issues. Treat 'em and street 'em. They patch you up, move you to ICU or admit you if it's trickier. She was taking up a lot of space in the middle of a Covid surge. They weren't gonna go fishing for her liver. Made sure she wasn't dying of pneumonia, checked for clots, out on her ass.

Yes. The chest x-ray was not for clotting. That’s what I meant. If it happened, it was to rule out pneumonia.

Ninja’d but, liver enzymes are not checked unless you present with jaundice and a prior history of serious Hep C or cirrhosis.

@TrainWreckSpotter At least here in the US, you can't waltz out of an ER. Once you walk in, you're there 'til they release you. Granted, I don't know how it is in Canada.
This is not true at all unless you are on a 5150 or they think you are psychotic. People walk out all the time. either they just leave or they tell the people they are leaving and they write up as left against medical advice or something. On the paper work if you just leave they will write that you eloped.

So the hospital only does covid test if patient has severe health issues. Chantal was given a clean bill of health, no diabetes, no blood clots, perfect vitals...so why did they test her? 🤔
Story time isn't adding up again chantal.
This is the same old story--all the time. She is so engulfed in a web of lies and misrepresentation that nothing she says can be taken at face value. It doesn't pay to consider the "facts" as she presents them; she not only lies but the story changes continually.

I am such a fool. I sort of got my hopes up this time. I tend to forget that she isn't human.

Chantal is more of an unreliable narrator than Hunter S. Thompson (without the talent, of course). It wouldn't surprise me if they told her she had months to live and she came on her live exclaiming she was perfectly healthy...oh and the hot 20 something muscular doctor was hitting on her the whole time.

Chantel has lots of medical problems and is huge, most EDs would check her blood sugar. It’s a routine thing to check on a diabetic or a suspected diabetic.

A chest x Ray can’t diagnose clots, they do CTA (type of CAT scan) to rule those out. Also routine for an obese person complaining of chest discomfort (idk if she had a CTA or chest discomfort).

EDs don’t manage long term problems but they sometimes order testing related to a patient’s long term problems. Acute problems exacerbate long term conditions so they’re taken into consideration.

She clearly is sick - with what remains to be seen. Test backlogs mean she could be waiting 2 days for results. To be fair - frankly something I'm not inclined to be when it comes with her... CoVD presents wildly differently in people & sometimes those who logically should be flat on their asses just look to be suffering a bad cold while healthy, active young people can end up in ICU within 48 hours of first symptoms.

Random glucose test is a normal part of ER blood work - Canada has climbing rates of diabetes & it takes no time to check when other blood is being done anyway.

"When I was addicted to food" - what? She cured her food addiction too? I buy that the doctor told her in her case it was smart to come in but... "glad"? Hyperbole. The tests she mentions make sense. If her blood sugar was normal, it's because she was feeling too lousy to eat. Doctor concerned about her breathing? She can't walk 10 feet without wheezing at the best of time & she'd spent half an hour in the parking lot raging - that will do it.

She should be in her room, not Peetz but whatever. She will have been told to isolate for the next 5 days - eve a negative test doesn't mean you don't have it although she's been sick enough days that she should be testing positive by now if she has it.

"Other celebrity awards shows have been cancelled due to CoVD". OTHER celebrity awards shows - can't help but chuckle at the blatant egotism on display.

"Is CoVD not a good excuse or did I run out of so many excuses that you guys just don't care anymore?" ROFL. She's whining that "nobody is there" but is clueless about what time it is. That time of the morning, people are busy.

Just love how she spends half her stream discussing her ER adventure then slickly tries to slide back to the old shit.

They probably said her liver was the cleanest, sexiest, healthiest liver they've ever seen! Then they thanked her for coming in and brightening up their evening, they were just so excited to meet a real live YouTube star.

Until I see a photo of her from her actual hospital bed, holding up yesterday's newspaper, I refuse to acknowledge that she's been to the ER.

1. She's way too fucking chipper and/or ragey for someone who has Covid, or really any illness.

2. The bracelet could easily have been reused from the last time.

3. She described the Covid test only briefly, and not as someone who had experienced it, but only as someone who read about it and was reiterating the experience. It's fucking awful, and we know how much Chinny likes to bitch. She would have gone on and on about the experience, like a normal person.

4. A photo would get her those asspats and superchats. Where's the fucking photo, Chins?

5. She's doing that throat itching thing again. The last and only time I've ever heard her do that is when she was doing coke (not allegedly, conspiracy, whatever--when she actually admitted to it). And while I haven't watched all of the video yet, it seems she's doing the jaw-shifting thing as well. She's also blaming the cats for her sneezing and general condition--all things she's done whilst doing cocaine.

6. This needs reiterating: she is not acting even REMOTELY sick. The tissues are a prop. The cough is mild at best, forced/faked at worst.

I think she got kicked out of the trap and had a "medical emergency" to cope with her fee-fees. But she didn't actually go, because Covid and drugs. She's just using the menace of COVID to explain her symptoms away and ER VISIT for the asspats and superchats. Fuck, even if she did go inside, I doubt she's sick with anything that isn't drug-induced.

ETA: Apparently this is incorrect, according to @Rarity Green. That's what I get for speaking from experience. Please disregard this statement. The rest of my post stands. Yes, I'm MATI. I also DGAF.

Will add more--I need to actually work, in spite of having long-haul Covid, something Chinny with her light, likely drug-influenced cough cannot even conceive of.
You absolutely can leave the hospital/ER anytime you want in the US. I’m sure she went in, got her braclet, got sick of waiting, and left. The cough yesterday definitely sounded forced, as for the bloat she always looks like a bloated corpse. She must be getting better at acting huh? Look how many of us fell for her bullshit.

...

I think we already know what would happen if a doctor told her to get her affairs in order.

The closest she has come yet to facing death was her hysterectomy. How did she respond to the news that she had to have one and would need to change her diet before the procedure? She went on the most extreme eating bender of her entire life, gaining an impressive 30 pounds in a little over a month (putting her at over 400 right in time for operation day). It was perhaps the most visible sign of utter mania she has ever displayed. She has never been the same since then either; while she did manage to curb her eating to the point of eating merely like a 340 pound glutton in recent months, she has never attempted any kind of diet or weightloss scheme again (unless the cocaine diet counts)

If she were told that her condition were terminal, she would be stuck in the "disbelief" stage until the Grim Reaper claims her. She would assume the doctor is an idiot, not as smart as her, and she'd triple her weed intake because she would think it would cure her. And when she dies, they will have to pry french fries from her cold dead hand.
