Twitch has always been incredibly shady when it comes to "fairplay" for creators and streamers. For a while their whole mod team was literally nowhere to be found and would just flag for shit that didn't even make sense such as "we thought you said the nigga word in this stream so you get the naughty hammer" when it was clear from recaps it wasn't.

It only became a big deal when they did it to big daddies on the site like Crit1kal and then they had to Ambassador shit to make up for it. Then we had the deer troon Ambassador who even the gendies hated who was literally unbannable despite being a cringe and terrible human being who flaunted they were untouchable.

They just have no consistency when it comes to playing fair with their streamers and she knows it lol...and to be fair, she's right. They created this. This is their reality. They now have to basically try to brat tame her with minimal monetary loss.

As far as I'm concerned having her stupid face in front of it all is transformative so going to have to side with the e thot. Especially considering if people don't side with the e thot that means people like DJs could be next.

Edit: Since this post is getting bombed for stupid reasons let me elaborate:
You go and pirate a stupid hollywood movie and find it has Pokemaine's face over it, do you A) Watch it anyway or B) Find a better rip. Odds are the answer is B unless you are a simp or you really just want the background noise. That is how you can tell it is a different product. Nobody wants to see a ethot's stupid face over a movie unless they are already a fan of the ethot. It is transformative.

For the DJ part let me change that from "might" effect DJs to *will.* Twitch doesn't go after some stupid thot that they pay millions on a whim. They are making an example for people they care much less about and essentially saying "we care about sucking MPAA dick now." This means if there isn't pushback Twitch will probably turn into the same kind of arbitrary strike neitherworld that Youtube already is, and this will effect people who are even better covered under fair use.

Lastly, fuck copyright shills.

its just a normal category, the more people that watch it, the higher it ranks on the category list. Another new category hijacked by thots is "I'm only sleeping" for obvious reasions. Seems like they gave people the option to block categories from showing up which seems helpful.
