As a gay person, I don't care if being gay is normal or not. Being attracted to the same sex has never negatively affected my life or impaired me. I don't think it's objectively unethical/immoral either.

Transgenderism is undeniably a mental illness because they view themselves as being born in the wrong body. It's not normal and always negatively affects their lives and mental state. Even the ones who fare relatively well need a lifetime of medical treatment. That's my issue with it. I don't think it's possible to be born in the wrong body either.

With Henig it's possible she just got Top surgery and didn't take T in order to still be a top competitor in women's swimming. She knows that taking T and competing against men she would never stand on the podium. But if you look at her pictures from 2 years ago (pre-Troon out) she looks pretty similar. She isn't built like the more slender swimmers. She seems to be more of a stocky powerhouse type.
