I wouldn’t be surprised if Idubbbz trying to make Sam look bad, was h3h3 idea. Ethan Klein loves to send his lapdogs to attack his enemies, while he stays clean.

Ian going into this thinking he was going to get some special treatment and genuine gotchas on Sam Hyde of all people seems incredibly naive at best and like a serious case of Main Character Syndrome at worst. The best part is Ian thinking "WHOA DUDE DO YOU REMEMBER TELLING ME TO LIFT HECKING WEIGHTS??" was going to be some huge ass zing that was gonna put Sam on the backfoot is laughable.

Yeah the few genuine reactions Ian got out of Sam were good stuff and a lot of the obviously overacted stuff was really bizarre and funny. I think the problem is Ian goes into these documentaries with a preconceived narrative he wants to construct and when he can't construct that narrative he gets cold feet. I'm not sure of Ian specifically wants to try and make himself look better than other washed up hasbeens or something else but that makes the most sense

KF fucking around again and not letting me properly reply to the comment, but I really don’t think the photo of Sam with bloody-nose-girl is the “gotcha” some people seem to think it is. My ZOOM & ENHANCE appears to reveal the girl clearly is wearing some sort of dark sleeveless tank-top. You can see fabric around her neck and what looks like fabric on her shoulders being mostly concealed by her hair. I would need more context, but my gut says this looks more like a selfie taken during the filming of some skit and not some weird sado-sexual memorial token.

Idk what IDubbbz expected from this. Why did The Punch down king expect he can handle punches from somebody who is more or less at the same level of slimieness and manipulation as him?

It's funny he was seemingly going to portray Sam as some crazy poltard, but one of his best friends is Ethan Klein who has gone completely rabid on the other side. If Sam took the bait on that, he probably would have gotten some news fans right then and there.

But I do think it's really funny how in the interview part there's almost this sort of moment where they both realize they're not getting what they want out of this. Sam blew thousands of dollars to make a funny video with Idubbbz only for the tension between them to get high, and idubbbz can't get a single serious answer out of him regarding his "toxic" (probably what he would call it) fanbase.

Ian got it into his head that the Content Cop character was actually real and he's super smart and clever and can expose people 2000s Chris Hansen style with ease because 13 year olds on the internet were hyping him up for going "LEAFY BAD".
And now somehow he thinks he can actually do investigative journalism ala All Gas No Brakes because that kind of show totally doesn't take a skill level that requires some level of professionalism and/or likability. Almost like Andrew Callaghan doesn't try to get politically motivated gotcha's on the people he interviews, and just lets them talk as much as they want to.

The chatlogs are believable because they all feature common themes that also tie in with known character traits of Sam Hyde. Is subtlety something you would expect from a "tranny schizophrenic" who got "thrown in a mental facility after waving a pistol around screaming about the Chinese?" Answer that question yourself.

He's nuts as in he is one of those people that holds a grudge for a decade and will try to fuck with you for it. That's not something a normal person does.
The schizo thing is fairly recent.
Again, I'm not saying everything is fake, but a lot of it is bullshit. If it's just pure text I would at least be skeptical. If you want to choose to not believe me, that's your choice.
