I’m just confused as to what the advertisement is supposed to mean. How is this important than following driver safety protocol, like keeping your eyes on the road and drive with a seatbelt on?

Someone made a post on r/conspiracy inviting random redditors to live with him on land he purchased in rural New Brunswick, Canada. People are leaving comments pointing out it's a bad idea.

We have tried to talk friends and family into working with us, but everyone would rather keep sitting in the pot while the gov continues to dial up the water temperature. Once the provincial borders lock down with checkpoints again, they will all be trapped, and the decision will be made for them. I think, deep down, people still believe this will end and they can go back to normal, if they just wait it out. Sadly, I doubt that will ever happen.
We came here from Onterrible in 2009 after the financial collapse decimated our area (Windsor, automotive capital). We expected the fallout from 2008 to crush the economy completely once all the new money they were printing caused hyperinflation, so we found ourself 40 acres of cheap land in NB with a small house on it, and started working toward becoming self sufficient. Since then we have expanded our property by buying up the surrounding land, and now we're sitting on 310ac with 355ac of crown land meeting up to our North and East property lines. There is only one road in and it is gated with motion/thermal sensors and video surveillance. The property has an abundant supply of moose, black bear, grouse, rabbit and even rainbow trout. Our water supply is nothing short of fantastic - fresh, ice cold spring water coming out of more artesian wells than I can count. We're about 10min away from the ocean, and besides our river there are several larger rivers full of salmon and sea bass nearby too. We have a few fenced animal paddocks where we were raising goats and pigs before this covid mess began, and two Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dogs to protect our animals. We're also very well armed. This property could easily support a small community of people.
We have a 36" x 24' bandsaw mill powered by a 20hp Honda and a mostly complete 3600sqft heated woodshop with lumber kiln and we plan to soon add basic metalworking equipment (lathe, knee mill, welding, plasma cutting etc) so we can better maintain our own equipment, and build new equipment. We have a 3D printer and 1200mm x 1200mm x 500mm CNC router (soon to have a plasma cutter on it too) running here as well. Our 2012 LS 7010P tractor is 4WD and 70HP. Tractor attachments include a Normand snow blower is rotating side chute, offset flail mower that can chew through up to 1.5" brush like weeds, 8' bush hog mower for the bigger stuff, wood chipper for up to 6" rounds and 12" slabs. Box blade, standard bucket, grapple and root rake, Splitfire hydraulic wood splitter, and 3pt hitch mounted post hole auger. We have chainsaws, thinning saws, pole saw, a couple of Honda quads, a 2021 Skidoo Skandic and a military surplus deuce and a half for logging and maintaining the property. We can easily clear building sites or new trails here. We have a mostly complete biodiesel reactor on site as well.
This is just a rough outline, and a new idea for us, so we're not sure of all the details yet. Basically.. what we offered our friends was this - move here with a trailer you can live in until your house is built. We will provide land with main road access you can build on for free, you pay any increase in property tax we get resulting from the additional building. In our area you can legally build up to 600sqft with nothing but a $25 building permit. No inspections, no requirement for graded lumber, build whatever you want, and we have the equipment to do it. Once your house is built, and you find a job you can start looking for your own land and really learning the areas you might want to live in. When you find your land you move your house over to that land. We're left with a completed building site, ready for another house we can then rent out.
We were hoping to help friends get out of the city without rushing into a property purchase in an area they knew nothing about. While living here they could help with the farming and property maintenance, and also benefit from the food we produce together. Obviously times have now changed, but maybe if the right people and us put our heads together, we could come up with something beneficial for all involved. This property is our largest long term investment, and our goal is to maximize our ROI here. Many hands make light work, and with others helping us we could take this land so much further than we ever could alone. By helping each other we could all benefit, and together we could protect ourselves from whatever the nazis will try next.
We don't really know where to start, or how this might unfold. I guess maybe we could take applications or something? Interested, unvaxxed people could tell us about themselves, their skills, what they would be bringing to the table... I'm guessing the details would work themselves out as we talk about it. Is this even something people are interested in? Let's find out below.
PS: we are also licensed to grow medical Cannabis and industrial Hemp here. Not big fans of alcoholism or cigarettes though. Only strong, healthy, hard working people will be considered.

The term 'Woke' was always meaningless and was using a black term in the first place, could've sworn that was 'cultural appropriation' which yet again are another pair of useless words.
