Also the secret boss Amon in this game is disappointing, I'd rank him somewhere in the ballpark of difficulty where Yakuza 6's Amon was, so I wouldn't be surprised if Phail manages to mash his way through him with just the boxing style.

I doubt he’ll be facing Amon. IIRC, he only did in Yakuza: LaD and even then it wasn’t in the True Millennium Tower where he quit like a bitch after just the 2nd battle.

I just wish he faced Amon in Yakuza 0, the salt would’ve been plentiful.

He's being particularly retarded and twisting the narrative to make himself out to be correct - first of all, no dev team under the sun would follow up a 20h game (campaign) with a 500h game, sequel to the first one, and you'd be certifiably autistic if you even consider this as a possibility.

Second of all, you'd be a complete retard to assume 500h is what it takes for you to complete the story, the entire time it has been obvious they were speaking about the platinum for the game.

DSP has to go to the extent to twist the narrative as if they lied about how long their story is (this literally never happened, from their initial tweet you could see they meant 500h to 100% the game) just so he can look correct.

They just needed to correct themselves for all the retards that are drunk on Twitter in the middle of the night (DSP), and misread, or have basic reading comprehension.

It's been clear the ENTIRE TIME, the game takes 500h to complete 100%. They didn't lie, didn't scam, didn't release misleading trailers (Cyberpunk 2077), didn't lie about the content of their game (Anthem).

Only sin they committed is not being 100% clear what they meant, bringing out the average "so what you're saying is..." retard niggers that live on Twitter to complain about it.

Which, by the way, they clarified within hours.

So, here is DSP again trying to fight strawmen because he's so fucking retarded, as a 40 year old man failing to comprehend what a tweet of 200-whatever characters means.

And this is the same fucking retard, that can go on Twitter and call a bunch of people paid fucking shills for getting a game early, then proceed to claim you didn't understand him properly or he that wasn't what he meant.

Judging by the first game, DL2 can take you 500h to FULLY do all side missions, collect all blueprints to custom weapons, and craft them. Collect all armor sets, get all collectibles. Clear out all areas of bandits, zombies, etc. You know, busywork platinum-style grinding.

But you don't have to do any of that in the 20h to complete the game.

Yet, you'll see DarkSyde fucking Phil waxing lyrical on his retarded ass podcast today (of course he will, he was right!) about the industry and shit he knows nothing about.

Its stuff like this that really highlights how boring and uneventful Phil's life is. Arguing about the semantics of the length of some random video game that hasn't even been released yet is one of the most important things going on in his life right now.

Maybe its just because I'm not the biggest gamer and I'm not the least bit interested in this game but I cant imagine spending more than ten seconds of my life worrying about what exactly constitutes completing a game 100% and exactly how long it takes. It just does not matter but phil will talk about it like its some major issue going on in the world.

Phil has definitely gotten worse with the begging lately, but the whole rebranding saga and desperate attempt to get popular again is pretty boring.
