So based on Phil's adventure to the dangerous supply stripped pet smart located in the Southcenter, his normal cat litter that he buys for Jasper would probably be this one.

Phil doesn't want any cat litter stuck in between bed sheets and the carpets or cat litter that smells weird or anything (like hemp) he only wants the best for Jasper!

Phil's reasoning as to why he has so much cat litter left over when he needs to throw out the trash is one of the dumbest things he's ever said. Jasper would not be making the entirety of the litter dirty after he uses it, you pick up the shit and put it in a dedicated bag or if the litter is too damp/smelly then you throw that part of the litter out, it really shouldn't be that much that he's storing massive bags in his garage, you don't need to be buying a fresh bag of litter every week constantly replacing it...
