Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Lmao now he's playing spin doctor for the DNC
>A number of doomcasters throughout social media are up to their usual tricks – with a popular theme being the lamentation of losses for Democrats in 2022 – before the midterm elections – or the primaries, for that matter, have even taken place. While there’s no doubt that the midterms this year will be competitive – and the GOP has gotten more dangerous than ever, it’s imperative that we put in the work to win this year wherever we can – with get out the vote and driving up new voter registration. To that angle, Democrats got some good news on Tuesday night with the results of a special House election in Florida.

>The Democratic nominee Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick won her seat in Florida’s 20th congressional district overwhelmingly – defeating the Republican candidate in a 78.7-19.6% landslide. While her district is reliably Democratic and her victory isn’t all that surprising, this is important for a few reasons beyond bringing Democrats back to their original margin in the House. Cherfilus-McCormick managed to not just win in a landslide to fill the congressional seat of the late Alcee Hastings, but she also outperformed President Biden’s 2020 margin of victory in Florida’s 20th – a sign that shows Democrats are motivated to vote, even before voting rights legislation passes in both houses. It’s also the fourth special election for the House since January 2021 that they managed to win easily.

>It probably doesn’t help that the seat – in a heavily blue district – has been left vacant for nearly a year by Gov. DeSantis – who has unilateral authority to declare when special elections are to be held, according to the Florida constitution. This puts DeSantis, already buried in scandals related to the COVID pandemic, in yet another embarrassing position as he runs for re-election: being one of the primary reasons the US needs the Voting Rights Act to be fully restored.

This is "California is the real sign that dems are going to do great in the midterms" logic again.

The Republican candidate in that district had a budget of $24,000 and went to prison for theft and cocaine possession. Cherfilus-McCormick is a multimillionaire who got donated over a million dollars for her campaign. The only thing about that election that was surprising is that the Libertarian Party found a guy willing to campaign there.

>blue no matter who district votes blue
>this means the walls are closing in on DeSantis!

That's some extra spicy cope but I appreciate that the pickings must be very slim after today and it's his job, after all.

Reddit too!! They do realized 90% of the users there are trannies.

That is a surprise about the Libertarian party finding someone to campaign.

Again it's California recall all over again. Democrats tried to ignore the recent election losses and pretend a Democrat winning in a very blue state or area is a sign that they will be ok in midterms.

Funny thing about California recall was soon afterwords they got destroyed in Virginia and New Jersey almost had a Republican governor.

If not most of the people there are on the left they are eating their own

Whos the military guy behind Biden in this picture?
Not sure, I was looking for the least flattering picture of Biden crying I could find. The image brings you to an article about how in 2017, Obama surprised Biden by giving him the presidential medal of freedom and naturally Biden started crying like a faggot. I've checked a couple articles about the event and it seems like it was staged to give the media an excuse to praise Obama and Biden. None of the articles mention anything about the military guy, who I'm guessing was chosen by Obama to be part of the ceremony. He looks a little sus to me, maybe one of Obama's boyfriends. Here he is with a more composed but still retarded looking Biden.

I check the reddit thread on here. No one has posted anything about this yet.
But man the redditers have to be scared of the possibility that some of their skeletons are going to come out.
Thr inquisitors are trying to go after r/The_Donald, seingly unaware that they got shithammered off Reddit what, 3 years ago?

I have the benefit of living in New Jersey, but I'm afraid my line of work is concentrated to this general area. Moving to a red state would be analogous to giving up my career entirely, but it's always plausible. I'll just use my work experience to become an electrician at a news station or something, idk. Far easier said than done.

I'm convinced that the only reason Phil Murphy hasn't gone full Hochul is because the margins that got him re-elected this past November were so slim that he knows any radical policy regarding mandates will be objected to by half the state. I do worry about my home state though. It's small and also suffocatingly blue, and has nowhere near the opposition numbers as New Jersey.
That reminds me of something HK, me, and a few other people were contemplating after 2020 showed all of us exactly how their system worked, combined with @Gehenna ’s and @Jaimas ’s protestations that they’re broke and that the middle managers are in a thankless position. How much of their machine was built around not just competative races, but in keeping the seats they need to keep comfortable. That shit in New Jersey brought that back up in my head. How much of that shit with the trucker beating the incumbant was pure luck and how much of it is the background operations they’ve always relied on being completely tapped out after 2020?

>Giving a fuck about FL20

It was a majority black district on a weird election date. Its over 53% black in Broward County. Hell, Hispanics are only 18% there.

Pushing this as DESANTIS DOOMED ITS OVER IN FLORIDA SOLID BLUE 2022 is as retarded as they come.

I have no evidence of this, but I feel like that one was a case of "well of course this seat is safe", so people just didn't come out to vote.

He won 33,761 to 31,562. I don't know how many people were eligible to vote, but that doesn't seem like a high turnout.

Aight so why do we think Biden is building da wall around the White House now
I think that they're adding additional fortifications, like active fortifications, and the wall is there to block the view from casual passers-by. You can still see over it from any of the nearby buildings, so it's nothing top secret, but there's no razor wire on top or anything, so I don't think that the wall is meant to be a fortification in itself.

As to what they expect, I'd say it's a prelude to general unrest. There's a lot of things that could be in the pipe though. Could be The March Against Mandates thing or for example, they could be set to start raiding militia groups, if the recent Oath Keepers charges are just a start. Or maybe they have some sort of scheme worked out to force an end to the filibuster and then ram through a bunch of insane legislation that would upend the existing government system? Maybe it's about Iran or Russia or China-chatter?? If its really a defensive thing, then all I know is they're either picking a fight, or they've just shown their ass, and they know what that weakness has invited.
