That being said, /vt/ is the perfect example of why post-moot 4chan is about as enjoyable as drinking the liquid at the bottom of dumpster. It's a board that should have never been made but /jp/ gets all faggy about things as /jp/ is wont to do (fuck they used to complain about KanColle threads so they could post Touhou thread #459329) and we end up with a board that needs constant content so we end up with the stupidest and lowest hanging shit being posted there. If you're that upset about a literal nothingburger maybe the internet isn't for you. I have to admit though I love the fact that we live rent-free in their heads as some kind of evil bogeyman, it's hilarious.
