I think HHH works for a company on a federal contract. This is the same setup my company has.

A while back, our IT bitched about Netflix and YouTube usage on the company network but only because it was eating a fuckton of bandwidth, so everyone moved that activity to their cell phones and, during COVID, their personal networks. The company I work for is paid based on the number of hours we charge to the government customer. They're like Wells Fargo - there's zero reason to look the gift horse in the mouth, as long as they pay lip service to "ethical time charging." Our customer is retarded anyway and they constantly give us the maximum possible rating on our performance.
