Their absolutely hatred for Jontron cracks me up as he consistently is inconsistent in his uploading but when he does, he always in trending, 5+ million views. Pure "you just lost yourself a customer" as the masses love his content.

I've actually watched probably 90%+ of LPL's content and I can't think of anything he's ever said or done that gave me any idea what his political leanings are. I also don't act like a Catholic inquisitor when it comes to consuming entertainment so I didn't go the trouble of investigating his personal life for evidence of wrong-think like Orayn did.

According to people in that thread, he shared an image of people he follows, and they were right-wing people like Ben Shapiro. So absolutely nothing from his actual content was offensive to them.

Why do they always sperg about someone whose politics they disagree with? There are many a creator whose politics I disagree with, but I still like their content, mainly because they don't get political on their videos.

Pretty much tells you all you need to know. So many people there are rotting away in poverty and whine all day about capitalism, social issues and NFTs. They get some kind of weird solace in being obsessively self-righteous and shunning anyone with even a moderately different worldview. But if given the chance most of these prudes would gladly sell out all those supposedly important social values for a chance at a bigger paycheck.
