1. Vaush has a bizarre habit of, when trying to put forward moral hypotheticals, using pedophilia as his moral example. Vaush fans might say this is just to be shocking, but it is an odd pattern.
2. Vaush took a common socialist line, "no ethical consumption under capitalism", and attempted to argue that a child being raped on camera was the equivalent of a child assembling your iphone
3. Vaush, in his old discord, joked about he planned to rape the entire family of the capitalist landlords, specifically mentioning their kids. Now Vaush himself is the son of a wealthy Beverly Hills couple, but that's not the point here.
4. Vaush argued that the age of consent could and should be lowered under socialism

There's no direct, legal evidence of Vaush admitting to being a pedo or committing pedophilic acts, but I personally think the combination of all this old drama and Vaush's bizarre unwillingness to say "ok those examples were fucked up, obviously I'm not a pedo" is weird. I think most people in his position would have more strongly disavowed all his old edgy shit. Don't underestimate just how much being an asshole got people to drop religion like dead weight. A big part why was because the ones upfront were massive dipshit elitists.

I think Vaush could have put a lot of these allegations behind him literally years ago if he just addressed the sort of questions you're posing head-on.
