20 years after Richard Reid being irrelevant, I still have to take my shoes off in the airport.Covid is over. I understand this will be a source of grief and anxiety for many, especially in government, but today is the 14th of January and Covid will be done and dusted by next week. What happens then? Do they keep going with the fear porn? Insist that everyone get boosted? What's their plan, pretend it's still a thing and deny reality?
Looks like it, especially since this is going to happen: https://www.twitter.com/Andre__Damon/status/1482069977826009092
The Omicron wave has peaked a lot earlier than expected. I can say from personal experience that the same thing has happened here. Everyone catches it, literally everyone excepting for a few (I don't think I have). It exhibits as a cold, moderately bad in a few (with flu like symptoms) but mostly a sore throat and a headache for a couple of days. I know a bunch of people who obviously had it but showed negative on the rapid tests, because those tests are shit. A whole bunch more couldn't get tested and some didn't give a shit and didn't want their New Year holiday plans interrupted by having to stay home for a week. When it goes through an area it's done in a fortnight.

Anecdotally I can say that the mass jabs aren't going to go the way they want. My wife's friend took her kids to be injected at a vaccine clinic. According to the media there is massive demand for the child vaccinations, long waiting lists as people can't get appointments. She rocked up with no appointment and was seen right away as there was literally no one else there. Sure there are nigger cattle who will continue to demand their 4th and 5th boosters but it's going to be a hard sell for the rest.
Let me guess. Gay, has AIDS, is immunocompromised, old boomer that has nothing left in his life that brings him happiness, "I'm a good person, why did God do this to me?", wants to bring young people down to his misery level, is afraid of death because deep down he thinks Christianity might be right.
The Onion is now obsolete. We don't need satire anymore. Reality has become a twisted parody of itself.
God, I'm so glad I never went to college. Imagine actually sitting around listening to balding, whiny hooks blabber on about historical genocides. I'd want to eat a fucking pistol.
The Djokovic situation is 100% about this.Letting him walk freely in the country, and letting him win a competition against his vaxmaxing competitors, will show people they have a choice. It will show them that choice may make them even healthier.
It's about humiliation and demoralization. Everything you mentioned is being done so that when there looks like a little bit of hope, the government can step all over it. Even if you get that exemption they have to show they can take it away at the drop of a hat, for no reason at all.The Djokovic situation is 100% about this.
A medical exemption in Australia is all but impossible to actually achieve. I personally know someone who has been bitterly battling the system for MONTHS trying to secure an exemption, getting the run around after the first shot almost killed him. Novak and his staff dot their i's and cross their t's, submit all this fucking paperwork, gets subjected to two anonymous boards to determine the grounds for his medical exemption and he finally earns it.
The wailing of the media and bucket-crabs begins; Its not FAAAIIIIR, we had to be jabbed, this is special treatment etc. This is a shitty, nasty narrative because Novak cannot defend himself from it without publicizing his private health information and frankly, its nobodies fucking business WHY someone was exempt. Thats between him and the two fucking boards who needed to approve it.
But anyways: Green light, all systems go, lands in the country and THEN suddenly theres a problem. GETS THROWN INTO FUCKING DETENTION before a subsequent deportation and visa revocation. Absolutely disgusting, this is just a lack of basic human decency: If you got an issue; you clear it up BEFORE he flies over here. But thats not the point of course. This is a transparent retroactive move to make an example out of this guy after he went through all the proper channels. The plebes cannot be shown a working alternative.
Compared to uninfected controls, COVID-19 patients of all age groups had severe GSH deficiency, increased OxS and elevated oxidant damage which worsened with advancing age. These defects were also present in younger age groups, where they do not normally occur. Because GlyNAC (combination of glycine and N-acetylcysteine) supplementation has been shown in clinical trials to rapidly improve GSH deficiency, OxS and oxidant damage, GlyNAC supplementation has implications for combating these defects in COVID-19 infected patients and warrants urgent investigation.
Again, why did the FDA try banning N-acetylcysteine, a harmless amino acid supplement that raises glutathione levels?
Unsolvable mysteries keep piling up.It is available as a generic medication and is inexpensive.
The FDA claimed that they tried banning its sale as an over-the-counter supplement because companies were illegally marketing NAC as a hangover cure, and because it had prior use as a prescription drug.Unsolvable mysteries keep piling up.

I think you want to take Tylenol, not Advil or Aleve. That's what my doctor told me on the phone when I caught it.So far nothing happened. I have an itchy throat and am a bit weak but I'm okay otherwise. Had a 38.6 temperature, brought it down with paracetamol and ibuprofen. Massive doses, so my stomach doesn't like me right now but I figured I'd rather sleep.
When I took a paracetamol a few times, it barely did anything for me, whereas ibuprofen did the trick. Not a doctor, of course, but ibuprofen usually works best for me.I think you want to take Tylenol, not Advil or Aleve. That's what my doctor told me on the phone when I caught it.

I made this diagram of COVID-19's pathophysiology in late 2020 and revised it in April of 2021:
Now, as of a week and a half ago, ScienceDaily had this to say:
And here's the paper they're referring to:

The CDC will finally begin testing ivermectin as a treatment for the coronavirus (fast forward to around the 17:00 mark). Doctors and health professionals have been urging officials to approve of ivermectin as it has proven to be effective in diminishing symptoms.
The ongoing joke was that conspiracy theorists were taking horse paste (ivermectin) rather than the expensive options offered by doctors. In August 2021, the Food and Drug Administration tweeted, “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.” Fauci urged the public not to take the drug to treat coronavirus, despite other countries using it effectively. “It’s tragic, because you don’t want to see anybody, regardless of what their position is or their ideology, you don’t want to see anybody get sick and die, particularly as a physician and scientist,” Fauci managed to say.
It was never about health. The drug companies will find a way to take an affordable medication and turn it into a lucrative business venture. It is obvious why it took over two years for the health community to take ivermectin seriously.
No surprise when the global media machine goes after someone, but it's somewhat amazing just how hard they're going after Rogan.I say it’s the latter I’m i got fringe left Alex Jones raging over joe Rogan View attachment 2887858
Rogan has like 3x the viewership of CNN. That's why. Without them noticing he became an unironic media juggernaut and Spotify was supposed to leash him down, but outside of them deleting a few older podcasts with guests that have been unpersoned by the female neckbeard brigade they haven't been able to do anything to him. Frankly, I'm gobsmacked they haven't started attacking Spotify's advertisers or payment processor over it in an organized campaign to bring them to heel.No surprise when the global media machine goes after someone, but it's somewhat amazing just how hard they're going after Rogan.
The three top talk radio shows where I live are Clay & Buck, Beck, and Howie Carr. Yesterday all three shows featured the push to cancel Rogan in their opening monologue. That led to a shitload of callers commenting on him and his podcast with Dr. McCullough.

CDC encourages more Americans to consider N95 masks
NEW YORK - U.S. health officials on Friday encouraged more Americans to wear the kind of N95 or KN95 masks used by health-care workers to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
Those kinds of masks are considered better at filtering the air. But they were in short supply previously, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention officials had said they should be prioritized for health care workers.
In updated guidance posted late Friday afternoon, CDC officials removed concerns related to supply shortages and more clearly said that properly fitted N95 and KN95 masks offer the most protection.
However, agency officials noted some masks are harder to tolerate than others, and urged people to choose good-fitting masks that they will wear consistently.
“Our main message continues to be that any mask is better than no mask,” Kristen Nordlund, a CDC spokeswoman, said in a statement.
The CDC has evolved its mask guidance throughout the pandemic.
In its last update, in September, CDC officials became more encouraging of disposable N95 masks, saying they could be used in certain situations if supplies were available. Examples included being near a lot of people for extended periods of time on a train, bus or airplane; taking care of someone in poor health; or being more susceptible to severe illness.
On Thursday, President Joe Biden announced that his administration was planning to make “high-quality masks,” including N95s, available for free. He said more details were coming next week. The federal government has a stockpile of more than 750 million N95 masks, the White House said.
The latest CDC guidance notes that there is a special category of “surgical N95" masks, that are specially designed for protection against blood splashes and other operating room hazards. Those are not generally available for sale to the public, and should continue to be reserved for health care workers, the agency said.
Have a contract drawn up which stipulates your employer will cover cost of medical bills, long term care, income replacement and leave if you suffer from any ill-effects from the vaccine. Get bloods and a medical done before having it, if you decide to, to establish a baseline for things like HBA1C, cholesterol, blood composition, WBC count, vit and mineral levels and establish with your medical team this can be shared with your employer if SHTF.But now... if my company mandates the vaccine, and I have side effects, I get to sue them, right? Prior to the government mandate that kept most of the companies with half-way-decent legal departments from mandating.
The pro-mask people would tell you that we need to not all get it at once or we'll collapse the hospitals.
