Legal reasons. I imagine posting the actual appeal emails is likely a big no-no and if she posts commentary between her self and Amber, it goes from private conversations into Amber being able to claim she's attacking her publically or some thing. If they actually want to keep their channel up and earning; best to err on the side of caution I'd suppose.

The best thing about this whole drama with Amber striking Fax is that Amber led more people to view the channel by making a stink about it, and in the process made the channel owner more aware of their own actions to ensure they will not post unedited footage that qualifies as a copyright strike ever again. Amber really did just amp up the views and quality of a competing channel and now she's crying and farting in emails about it. Fucking great stuff.
