I said that he can only go lower if he pissed off the "hardened dem base". Now, follow along, you can need a group to vote for you and -not have them be your hardened base-. This is not a difficult thought. College students are absolutely vital to the dems winning, but they are not. a. hardened. base.
The hardened base is the group of people who will -always- come out and -always- vote blue. It makes up approximately 27% of the voting populace.
Want to know what is not that -by definition-? A group that is hard to get out to vote. Like college students.
As to the other two points. You are flat out wrong by the numbers to the first as the absolute closest that anyone comes to blaming Biden himself is to say he could have done more in negotiations. Overwhelmingly its just saying "Virginia man bad". And to the second, his core is approximately 27% by the numbers and the progs have never been part of the core.
Addendum: To explain to everyone else. The Progs universally prefer a specific type of candidate. On any ballot where such a candidate is not available, they are about as hard as college students to get out to vote. So very, very needed to successfully win an election but not a hardened base to rely upon.

Of course it was. IMO the simplest explanation of the FBI plan was to lead a few fools and freaks nobody would miss into the Capitol and then black-bag them and get false, overblown confessions and guilty pleas as a warning to everyone with an IQ above room temperature.
What nobody suspected was that a few fools and freaks would turn out to be a large mob of surprisingly peaceful protestors, and so Operation Black Bag is running hard into the fact that they can't force everyone there into a black ops torture site as much as they would like to, or throw every charge in the book at them, even as the rhetoric demands it. And worse, that there's enough of the already black-bagged persons proving resistant enough to the institutional torture and gaslighting that the Feds are going to be forced to prosecute a bunch of cases in a full court of law, and the Feds hate things like discovery, depositions, and cross-examination.

Someone's son visiting them frequently wouldn't be too out of the normal and wouldn't make sense to hide when the method of hiding is worse than the visits. All the visit logs would be proof of is frequent visits.... which wouldn't carry much water with anyone not already buying into the idea that Hunter is an absolute piece of shit.
Dementia meds is even worse of a reason. What medication the President is taking is between him and his doctors... and frankly the amount of dementia meds congress as a whole gets is terrifying and one more among them wouldn't even be noticed.

This sounds dumb. There are plenty of things said in the White House that don't go on record, surely. I don't actually know anything but the notion that by law all conversations in the White House are archived is absurd.
I've assumed that he's just being compelled to do what Trump did naturally, wheel and deal on his own territory which includes the fake White House set where his handlers can more readily control access and Biden himself.
