I will try to sum up his NSFW profile from my experience. If you scroll or browse at a moderate speed, I can guarantee you will see dozens upon dozens of dick drawings. Some attached to bodies, a lot floating for some reason. There is even one with floating dicks hitting together like swords.

But yes, the profile has A LOT of graphic fantasies of him and Abigail. The whole 🔞 and “MINORS DNI” just translates to “I’m not a pedo, I totally swear!” After scrolling through the never-ending penis sketches, I stopped when I was confronted with drawings he made of his character having sex with the yellow dog from Animal Crossing. So add being a furry to the list of his degenerate qualities.

Ive noticed alot of pedos especially in the “map” community act out their fantasies on a “legal” way by drawing child like porno or sexualizing child like characters. This explains why most pedo troons have anime cat girl profile picture. But alot of time they would eventually act out on their fantasies and violate real life children.

I am sure they do. I mean look at what happened with turboautismos and CWC. The "I'm not as bad as this crazy person" thing is a...well, a thing. Some coping mechanism or whatever.
But being less bad than CWC or Kevin Gibes or these insane sideshows is not an achievement, if anything it's the bare minimum to be considered a member of society and/or a functioning adult.

The narcissism of MtF troons is, ironically, a typically masculine trait (turned up to 11 tho). Crazy how many of them look like Quasimodo but with Gaston's self-confidence. FtMs seem to be a lot less sure of themselves and their masculine larping has a kind of desperate energy to it, as if they're constantly seeking approval.
