I believe that this situation requires a little bit of explanation. Trans activists on reddit have run cis lesbians nearly off of the site and have taken over spaces for cis lesbians. The subreddit r/actuallesbians frequently has posts filled with entirely MtF "lesbians" and often discusses how lesbians should be prepared to take the female penis, lest they be labeled transphobic. r/askgaybros is a subreddit made up of cis male gay men and they are hostile to FtM people who come to their subreddit to stir up similar drama saying that they must fuck the mangina, or they are transphobic. So far, askgaybros has survived without reddit intervening but lately r/againsthatesubreddits has featured them.

There is a lot of discussion in the thread about how the harassment of their subreddit has been ongoing. There's also a lot of discussion of Steve and his sordid past. That must have agitated him, because he decided to make a post on Againsthatesubreddits and stick it to the top of the subreddit (though it now appears to be unpinned and replaced by something else he wrote - he might have figured out that his post was backfiring on him.)

Of course, askgaybros has loose moderation, most mods don't look into the history of people who post and the person's post at askgaybros had nothing to do with right wing politics, it simply told them that they had been featured at againsthatesubreddits. I'm still really irate that women on subreddits like PCOS were attacked non-stop, meanwhile, men's health subs were left undisturbed.
Honestly, I don't think gay men will be routed off reddit, though. STEMlords from the highest echelons to the lowest ranks just really hate women, and that's the bottom line. In response to this post where I quoted from a recent Twitter thread by a former /r/detrans mod detailing the censorship and targeted harassment their subreddit has suffered at the hands of AHS and The League of Extraordinary Trolls, I will share some of my research into Bardfinn, AHS and Masstagger in this thread. There's some very interesting stuff going on with this individual and these online SJW vigilantism "projects" he has become involved with.

Amongst others I will present the following:

• Bardfinn claiming to be a longtime "Nazi hunter" with 30 years of experience tracking down white supremacists and anti-semites. (Verdict: UNSUBSTANTIATED)
• Bardfinn claiming to own a highly lucrative patent that enabled him to retire early in life and devote all his time to Reddit. (Verdict: UNSUBSTANTIATED)
• That one time Bardfinn got one of his co-workers arrested for storing CP on the company network (which is especially interesting with regards to that Bitchute video claiming that AHS vigilantes will supposedly plant CP on subreddits they want to take down creating an excuse for instant suspension.)
• The notorious "incest is not unethical" post originally posted in this thread. This is what Bardfinn is referring to when he falsely claims that people on Reddit have supposedly "claimed I am a pedophile". No one has ever done that, however, people have called him out for this particular post where he literally tried to defend incest as being ethical.
• How Masstagger is the first step to getting a subreddit banned; how Bardfinn & AHS use the Masstagger central blacklist to manipulate Reddit Admins into banning specific subreddit or redditor.
• AHS recruitment on SJW subreddits Bardfinn moderates such as /r/ContraPoints
• Bardfinn, who claims to be a repeat rape victim, openly threatening to rape an /r/Drama user until they pass out. Later he tells another /r/Drama user to go rape himself with an explosive. ("Sorry, that was a 'joke'/I was in a dark place" YouTube )
• Bardfinn accusing anyone on Reddit who disagrees with him of being a rapist: "They rape"
• Bardfinn threatening to sue a hapless Reddit user for saying "I'm sick of political posts."
• Bardfinn pulls an Elizabeth Warren and claims to be Native American (Verdict: UNSUBSTANTIATED)
• Bardfinn insisting that he doesn't work for Reddit, but he did inquire about "consulting" for a UXE position at Reddit, you know, just asking for a friend. Because recall, he's living from that supposed patent and doesn't need to work ever again.

I agree completley. I can't speak for medical and bureacratic costs in Texas, but I would assume it's also expensive to legally and physically transition there. And since hes a deadbeat Reddit jannie who does this for free, we know he can't afford it.

He also LARPS as a woman because I fully believe he's a pedo, and like most predators, he knows that the easiest children to groom and take advantage of are the mentally ill. And a child who doesnt know what gender they are is certainly mentally ill.

He never requested a name change and, as far as we know, is still referred to as Steven Akins during his ongoing divorce & child custody proceedings. There is no "Penny Oaken" as far as the system is concerned. "Penny Oaken" is just a fake identity he invented on Reddit and other social media in order to infiltrate /r/ContraPoints and recruit for /r/AHS. He knew he had to fake being trans on /r/ContraPoints because he saw what happened to Merari, who is a gay cis man who was denounced by Nyk's fans for not being trans himself. Nyk's rabid TRA fans hate cis people of any kind, so Bardfinn knew that the only way to gain their trust and gain access to their community to recruit for /r/AHS was to pretend to be one of them.
