Honestly Cynthia, I’d find a different base, because even if you stretched her out she’d still have childlike proportions. This would make the character look a bit uncanny. @indigoisviolet is (very kindly) willing to walk you through replacing the dress, so it might be a good opportunity to use a different design.

Also, I don't know about your explanation. You seem to very often depict The Wogglebug with child-like romantic interests and don't understand why it's odd. Are you sure that you don't see The Wogglebug as more of a father-like figure rather than as a romantic one? I've seen some other women with your condition drawn to similar characters for that reason.

If you simply scale her to Wogglebug's height, she is going to look like an over-sized kindergartner, not an adult. The 4-7 age range is really on the extreme end of the pedophilia spectrum.
