oof

Someone else might have already posted it but it's worth to repeat the news where Israel tell then 4 jabs isn't enough did the headline of the Drudge Report.

One Israeli scientist added his pinch of salt.

Professor Cyrille Cohen is head of Immunology at Bar Ilan University and a member of the advisory committee for vaccines for the Israeli Government. In a wide-ranging and forthright interview, the Professor tells Freddie Sayers:

  • The Green Pass / vaccine passport concept is no longer relevant in the Omicron era and should be phased out (he expects it to be in short order in Israel)
  • He and his colleagues were surprised and disappointed that the vaccines did not prevent transmission, as they had originally hoped
  • The biggest mistake of the pandemic in Israel was closing schools and education – he apologised for that
  • Widespread infection is now an inevitable part of future immunity — otherwise known as herd immunity
  • Omicron has accelerated the pandemic into the endemic phase, in which Covid will be “like flu”

This sounds really weird and I would guess we'll see a follow-up where it's because the kid's family members who are old enough to receive the vaccination are the holdup. M-A-W does enough wishes for under-5s and kids with siblings under 5 that it'd be shocking if this was the only kid we'd hear about if this was a real blanket policy to have no exceptions for those not yet eligible due to age. I still feel it would be wrong for them to withhold a wish from the child, but less total Clown World and more like typical bullshit.

If it is true, obviously, fuck them. I know a child whose test results this week will probably determine whether his cancer is at "Make a Wish" levels or more like "the first treatment worked, that was a close one, keep monitoring him for life" levels, and he is not old enough to receive the vaccine even if his parents wanted him to (which they don't).

Thought I'd look into this story real quick before getting upset over it. Could be true but looking into the name Rocco DiMaggio there is a local news story on him from last year claiming he was helping fundraise for other kids with cancer and that his own cancer had gone into remission after treatment. Also a statement from Make-a-Wish last year claiming they wont keep unvaccinated kids from being granted their wish and anyone involved just has to sign a "letter of understanding" claiming everyone is vaccinated.

It's possible the story is true, especially given both the stories I managed to dig up are from last year and the Make-a-Wish stance seems like they're trying to avoid backlash while still discriminating somewhat, but it seems a little sketchy to me.

Get your hearts ready because this is disheartening. A recent poll from Rasmussen revealed Democrat voters support harsh measures on those who have not gotten the clot shot including 45% who support the government rounding up the uncleaned and putting them in "designated facilities."

For those of us that have family and/or friends who outraged at our refusal to comply, maybe we should ask them if they agree with this poll.

If we're talking theories here I still contend that whoever wrote the show Utopia accidentally gave the elites a few too many ideas. Would be pretty ironic if that actually turned out to be true and a show about a group of people discovering a secret plot to depopulate the world using a scam virus and vaccine in a comic actually ended up inspiring elites to do just that.
This private information is unavailable to guests due to policies enforced by third-parties.

From everything I've heard this thing fucks with the menstrual cycle hard and pre pandemic propaganda if you took a medication and started seeing irregularities you were supposed to cease taking it and consult a doctor because damage to fertility could occur.
It does. My "collection" is hardly scientific, but between DMs, reports on other sites, personal experience, stories from friends, and just general grapevine-stuff, there is not a single doubt in my mind that the spike proteins affect the menstrual cycle. That means both the live virus and the jabs would come into play.

Nice, 22% of Republicans and 36% of independents would not be strongly opposed to putting you in a fema camp.

Some comments I found on a reddit thread about masks. I agree with them and they really made me understand why they're my least favourite thing about all of this.

Thoughts?
One of the most confusing bits of MSM misinformation in this entire pandemic is the idea that toddlers/children somehow aren't impacted by everyone outside of their immediate family hiding their faces in masks. Now we've finally got studies coming out that confirm the obvious (i.e. that your child, in their precious formative years, is absolutely fucked up by most of the humans it sees around the place wearing cloth that dampers facial recognition and reading of facial cues). But for most of 2020 and 2021 you had journalists actively fighting against this obvious, obvious fact.

Last I heard, it's believed that something like a third of instinctual human cognition is devoted to "faciality," and it's the youth-trained and later repurposed fractions of that cognition that separate humanity from other apes.

This'll turn out great!

So today our hospital system officially went into a code brown. Leave is cancelled for staff, people are being called in on their day off, it's all hands on deck. This is because of the overwhelming number of Covid cases. The missus, who works on a Covid ward, disagrees, she says her unit is half empty and they're talking about closing it next week, but what would she know?

Today on the ABC the acting Victorian health minister (the present outbreak is so serious the real one has taken a holiday) explained that Omicron is 'a bit milder' than Delta with a fatality rate 'slightly under 1%'

Currently we're averaging around 100,000 cases per day. This is from testing which is obviously being restricted by the government, the real number is at least 5 times more than this.

Around 60% of the total population have probably contracted the coof. But let's ignore that and assume that we're picking up ever single case.

We're averaging about 50 deaths a day with Covid. So assuming that every single death with Omicron was caused by Omicron and assuming we're catching every case through testing that gives us a fatality rate of 0.05%, about half what we'd experience in a mild flu season.

The real number? We know that about half of Omicron cases in hospital are incidental so I think it's fairly safe to assume an equivalent with deaths. Multiply the case count by 5 to give us the real number of people catching the coof and we get an infection mortality rate of 0.005%.. This would be a very cautious estimate of how deadly Omicron is, the infection rate may be higher due to how mild the disease is, lots of people may mistake it for hay fever, how quick the symptomatic period is for many people (sometimes less than a day) and the almost total non availability of testing.

So worst case scenario Omicron Covid is 2-20 times less deadly than a mild flu. So for sure 'slightly under 1%".

BTW Delta Covid had a mortality rate between 0.1-0.3% also slightly under 1%.

As a response to this deadly wave of infections many people are refusing to leave their homes and rushing to get boosted with an experimental vaccine that's proven not to work against a disease that probably won't make them sick let alone kill them.
