Are you getting the vaccine? - Absolute trashfire thread, please enter with caution

I meant the J&J specifically. If I wanted a Moderna or Pfizer shot I could literally walk just under mile (~1.6km) to Publix (grocery store) or just over a mile to Walgreens (pharmacy + convivence store hybrid).
But to get the single shot adenovirus-based vaccine I had to specifically find a place that still had that specific shot in stock.
I didn't hear anything about the J&J being out of stock here. Well, hopefully I'll be in luck tomorrow.

Why? My life is awesome, I'm not some sad faggot spending all his time kvetching about other people's health decisions.
You're not kvetching about other people's health but you're here kvetching all the same. You are part of the main spectacle of this thread, the yin to @Hollywood Hulk Hogan 's yang. You stared to long into the abyss and became the butt of the joke.

Gee, it's almost like I intentionally turned this thread into a hilarious dumpster fire instead of being another pathetic vaxxer hug box.

"Jokes on them, I meant to turn it into a dumpster fire"

:optimistic:🤔:optimistic:

You're giving yourself too much credit, this thread was a trash fire from the OP.
Yeah true, this was a bait thread by APC's sock, it was bound to become a dumpster fire sooner or later. Still needed a little nudge though, and I have somewhat contributed to that effort.

What now, though? Where do we go from the top of this mountain of flaming garbage? Or are we not at the top yet?

I have not read the entire thread, but I'm assuming no one's butthole pics got doxed. There's always room to fall.

Omicron is starting to change that statistic. In Australia, for example, the total hospitalizations for the month of December between the vaccinated and unvaccinated are nearly on par. Move unvaccinated went to the ICU and more vaccinated died (12 vaccinated vs 10 unvaccinated).
The prominent graphs are all pandemic-wide totals. You'll want to scroll all the way at the bottom, look at the raw data.

It's a MSM/DNC myth that this is only a plague of the unvaccinated, especially as we get more and more variants. Admittedly, when you control for the fact that the unvaccinated are ~25% of the total population, we're still statistically overrepresented. I think you're correct in your assertion that we haven't achieved total global viral saturation quite yet. When that happens, we'll definitively see whether natural immunity or vaccination is more effective at maintaining long-term immunity in the hospitalization rates.

BTW, Australia's own vaccination #'s contradict your theory. Where did you hear that 95% of your population was vaccinated?

I was suckered into getting the first shot in November, but I'm still classified as unvaccinated as I haven't gotten the second one. I don't really think about covid anymore, and my position has boiled down to "I'll get it done when I can't even funtion in my daily life without it."
Quite the pandemic, huh? You can carry on with your normal routine (assuming you don't lived in a pozzed shithole) and forget covid even exists. I'm not even mad anymore, it's hilarious...

How many pages are just HHH and Badungus Kabungus accusing each other of being mad at the internet?
That slapfight is why I started paying more attention to this thread. For as long as I've been following closely (the last 30-50 pages), it's been like that. Honestly, it's probably the majority of the thread.

If the virus persists in its intensity for one more year I'll surely get it.
If it doesn't but restrictions remain I might join the good fight there's enough of us.
Hopefully none of this materializes.

Was leaning to taking it so I can fuck off and travel this year but with Omicron coming as our salvation I might hold out for a while longer.

As I wrote in an other thread. I'd be for a compromise of paying something like a marginally higher tax-rate of 0.2%-0.5% or something for the duration of the pandemic in exchange for all restrictions affecting me as unvaccinated being rescinded.
I don't like it, but it's a fair compromise to shove in the face of those that say we are "burdening the system". Both those that are genuinely disturbed by Covid (wrong or right) and those doing it for financial or social-status reasons.
