I am late to this, and while the width and depth of this amhole is disturbing, there is also some kind of weird opening at the bottom of it that seems like it went unnoticed.

So, I wondered this before too. The main gist of it is, skin is stretched tight over your body. Once you cut a piece of it out, it contracts a lot because it’s no longer under tension from the rest of your skin pulling on it. So essentially the area of usable skin you get is a lot smaller than the area you remove it from.

Yeah but usually when they flay both the arm and the leg it's for the comically large 10 inchers or the coke can penis. This is... dare I say, of a sensible length and width?
