There are separate placentas and each twin has its own sac.

That means there's a 70% chance Kim is having dizygotic/fraternal twins, and a 30% chance they're monozygotic/identical.

on my table? in the morgue? one. she had leukemia. no white blood cells to speak of, vaccines couldn't do a thing. she was only a few months pregnant too, she would not have lived to term if she'd put off the chemo anyway, it was likely she would not have kept it. that was a few months ago.

no other 2+booster vaccinated pregnant women have died within our hospital system.

Kim is a piece of shit, and deserves no pity. She's worse than Sammie, by far. Kim dragged Aiden through God knows how many filthy hotels and semi-inhabitable trailers. She made him share a bed with the random homeless men she brought home. She's had sex with these men, with Aiden in the room. When Aiden was laying on the sidewalk having seizures, she filmed it and uploaded it to Facebook. She left that baby alone in a hospital, so that she and Dalton could stay at the "nice" Days Inn downtown and fuck in a hot tub. She 100% used to (and probably still does) beat him. He was ALWAYS covered in bruises and scratches, something that mysteriously stopped once he moved back in with his grandmother. She has the impulse control of a toddler, and her dumb animal brain automatically defaults to violence. He was filthy, and would wear the same filthy clothes for days on end. The only reason any of this shit stopped was because DHS stepped in.

I'm really not being edgy when I say the best thing that could happen for those fetuses is to be miscarried. Assuming they survive her sewer of a body, all they have to look forward to is the same pathetic existance Aiden is struggling through, or foster homes and sped classes.
