Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Remember that story a couple days ago from NPR claiming Sotomayor asked Gorsuch to wear a mask for her safety and he refused? Turns out the entire story was bullshit and they're both denying it.

A day or two late, sure, but better late than never.

Biden press conference happening right now. This is only the 2nd solo press briefing he's done since taking office. He'll talk about the new plan to distribute masks but it probably won't be the only thing he discusses.

Someone forgot to turn off the dislikes.

No, not really, but he has to say it because he’s not allowed to concede defeat. What’ll happen is that BBB will get chopped into a million pieces, a few of those will get through with Manchin’s approval, and Biden’s handlers will claim victory for each part passed.
