It could be as simple as he doesn't care to speak about it. At this point, he must be constantly surrounded by people trying to get his attention. Trying to get the favour of "the king" so they can get a sliver of fame and importance within the movement. There's probably a lot of internal politicking and drama that we don't know about yet and which Nipples has been tight lipped about lest his movement become more of a laughing stock than it already is.
