This is why I like Vtubers while generally disliking other streamers. I like that they at least have the option of fucking off offline at their discretion. It's also why I generally like smaller/independent ones more. I'm not sure what's compelling me to comment here as I normally avoid Vtuber discussion like the plague. I understand I'm likely in the minority here but I like my streaming entertainment drama-free.

maybe cringe but Naggz and his buddy find out about IRyS. Just like Koefficient, I think I appreciate how some content creators try to make Vtubers more accessible and/or show off some decent highlights (because some clippers are really shit at their job and Koe and Naggz only will show the decent/good stuff). Though, I also want to gatekeep and keep the retards away from shitting up the Vchuuba sphere.. oh wait.. we already to that sometimes

70+ pages later and I've finally caught up. I'd like my time back please, because nothing of interest was said. I did make a few surprising observations however. Mainly about how hard people are coping when it comes to Pippa (adamantly claiming she's not a lolcow for example, while thinking Kiara is), and how woke/progressive certain people in the thread are. Apparently disliking troon culture is frowned upon here now?

As far as Pippa goes, she doesn't crash and burn on purpose, neither does Kiara, but they have different flavors of rain on their parades. I'd say for Kiara, the KFP is lolcow in their zeal, and she beats herself up too much on-stream (brings in SCs, though). It's something a lot here talk about, meh. I'm more a KFP bashing type, Kiara herself seems to want to do better, and that's not something I'll hate on her for. I don't watch her content, though, doesn't appeal to me for whatever reason.

As for Pippa, again, a lot is audience based. It involved /vt/ schizos freaking out and coping that they might not be able to UUUOOOH their oshi for different reasons (idiots, I say it's a bad idea for a reason). It was entertaining to sperg over. I wasn't too worried, she watches Jim. Pippa's roommate environment also is... something, but that doesn't make her a lolcow per se. Personal choices make the lolcow as far as I'm concerned. She has severe anxiety over things like groups and going to the doctor or dentist, meh. I watch her because I enjoy her streams, and I want the best for her.

For you? I'll actually effort-post. So to start with I mentioned Reiyu here first. This is a highlight reel from her Youtube channel, but she's primarily on Twitch (as are most I watch). She's my all-time favorite but a close second is Haya Tikaze. She is Japanese and learning/teaching Korean/English through streaming. Really great tracking and attitude. A good sample clip and her YT singing. Here's a part of Nemu's meme reviews and a bit of Unrealgrl (Tobs) with a chat in-joke that she's a batsurd. Here is Tobs in GTA.

Haya is a catgirl if you didn't notice.

PS- KorewaEden did a decent series of videos on smaller independent Vtubers. I like a lot of them, I didn't outright dislike any of them. His commentary I've seen appears halfway decent.

Otakmori has been scrubbed from my youtube experience entirely for almost a year so I can't comment on them, but I'd assume they're still the same. Tengoku seems alright and I've never seen anything bad said about them so I'm not sure about that one. Honest to God the worst clickbait that I have ever seen comes from a fag named Khyo. He's not a clipper-translator, but he's a news aggregator. I have never ever clicked on one of his videos because they all look like this:

Probably an unpopular opinion here but I actually kinda enjoy Nagzz. Yes he's cringe and super retarded sometimes but it's in a less irritating way than someone like Nux who does these deep dive things just to meme. And Koe is just a fuckin vtuber simp lol that nigga is hilarious. The guy he had on with him (not_a_fan or whatever) used to just kinda be an assistant in the background who would pop in there sometimes while Koe was on.

Plus, nagzz is super easy to fuck with in an entertaining way, he doesn't really rage out but he spergs out nicely sometimes.
