99% of people whose main topics are political for online content don't believe the shit they say. I was gonna be more surprised if she actually kept her views going into Nijisanji, anyway looking through when people on the VTuber thread found out she was Monkeyism was more just two (now inactive) users who were retards anyway. There's nothing wrong with someone wanting to be informed about a roommate before emotionally investing in her so they can avoid being burned later. Most of us in the thread do these days, the indie scene is definitely where the coomers are the worst. But, thankfully they mostly stay on twitch. And they are by far the de facto lolcow group among vtubers because the JP corpos are so rigid with their rules.
