I don’t know, I’d say it’s the simple fact that she has an exceptionally offputting personality that no amount of professional coaching seems to be able to change. Her most defining and memorable characteristic is that she breaks into nervous cackling at virtually every public interaction. Braying laughter is just not appealing at all.
