I don't understand the narrative of "Nader is/would have nothing without Chantal" because that's absolutely false.

Chantal may have found Nader in a rundown trap house, but he was well-fed, his lights were on, his rent was somehow paid, and he clearly had access to a phone/internet service in order to be on dating apps and in contact with his family in Egypt. Oh, not to mention he supposedly offered her drugs, therefore he had the funds for that as well. Chantal didn't find him naked and alone on the side of the road somewhere. He may have had a less than stellar existence, but he managed it.

From what I recall, during their initial conversations he would ask if she wanted to come over for food. She never said he asked her to pay for it; however, her being the desperate warthog she is, she probably offered to bring/pay for groceries as it would allow quicker access to his home. I even recall the conversation where she doxxed his name via caller ID and she asked him "Do you want me to bring fish?" That didn't seem like someone who was being forced to bring groceries.

There is a huge difference between wants and needs. If Chantal leaves, he may not have what he wants, but he seemed to have already had everything he needed. A YouTube channel, sporty clothes, "fancy" trips, expensive gadgets, pricey cuts of meat are not needs. They are considered luxury items. Would he want to go back to his regular life? Maybe not, but it won't kill him if he had to if it meant getting rid of the beast.

And anyway, it's too late. We all know who he is now. She should've kept his identity in the shadows because he will forever have an audience even if he decides to disengage. Unlike Bibi, he likes the spotlight and will find a way to maintain it despite the amount of channels she tries to delete.
