The thing with DID, if it is indeed real, is if someone has an alter that is the opposite sex, that alter sees themself as if they're really male or really female, so they wouldn't feel the need to transition. Not to mention, alters aren't aware of each other, nor do they gather together to have conversations with each other, or whatever bullshit these people spout. But, that's just from what I've read from psychiatrists on the subject. I'm still much in the camp it's not real.

"Undocumented" sounds like someone left home without their driver's license. Use language to clarify and not obfuscate, you stupid frog hoser.

He shoots his own statement in the foot with "in most countries". That would mean there are countries that do not follow that protocol. So it would be dishonest to say "there is no such thing" based on just that.
He also uses an asylum argument, but does NOT cover
1) non asylum immigration -- for example, in the US, conditions related to asylum are "persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion"
This would NOT include, for example, economic opportunity, preference for drug or age-of-consent policies, mere romantic attachment and so on -- or no reason at all beyond "I wanna"
He also conveniently ignores one who may simply remain or re-enter a country is petition for asylum has been denied. (in which case, the petition denial would be documentation ... ie a documented illegal immigrant)

Talking about Rwanda there‘s a plan in the UK to send all illegal immigrants directly to facility there until processed and verified (Denmark have similar plans ) which is honestly a great idea because I imagine it’s cheaper to host them there and as long as there is proper oversight I don’t see the issue.
Also if Assigned Male has taught me anything western countries are all transphobic and basically fascist hellholes so everyone wins!

I am aware of exactly one case of dissociative identity disorder: Kim Noble. From my understanding, she underwent some truly fucked up shit, and it broke her in a way that can't be fixed. She has a grand total of 20 personas, and not only are none of them are consciously aware of the others, but a handful have interests and talents the others, including Noble herself, don't have: namely, paintings (link), which are executed with wildly different skill levels and styles. Many of the painting strongly imply pedophilia, which would go some way to explaining her disorder.
None of these poseurs have anything close to actual DID.
It's an American thing, as almost every country south of Texas is either a banana republic or is run by drug cartels. Those that aren't don't hand out gibs the way the USA does.
I'm going to be optimistic and say it's Billy being a slacktivist again, and not going for a repeat of the camp counselor incident.

Its international law, you're supposed to stay in the first safe nation, not the wealthiest. The idea is to get you out of danger, not skip ahead in the immigration line. Being a victim isn't honorable or desirable. I'll never understand the leftist desire to venerate the weak instead of building them up to be strong.

It certainly doesn't help that compassion is often considered a sign of weakness in the US. You're 100% right, however, about sucking up to those less fortunate. The welfare system in the US is broken, too wide spread and easily manipulated; it should be a crutch to help you back on your feet...not some gurney you can just ride through life on.

It's not compassion that's seen as weak, it's misguided compassion -- enabling-- that's seen as gullible or, often co-dependent (the 'supporter' buys a feeling of righteousness) that can be detrimental to the recipient and even detrimental to the socio-economic fabric (easily manipulated welfare that unduly loads it making valid compassionate aid more difficult, etc)
