As far as we've been told - the only time she hotel beezed with Nader was the time in Toronto after he fucked Mae. I don't want to be a conspiracy theorist, but perhaps maybe Chinny and Nader went to a hotel on NYE and had that orgy they were talking about at the beginning - thus why they both got sick but miraculously not with covid (but Chinny's ambiguous hepatitis diagnosis).
